Mary was a phenomenal consultant and support throughout my MBA application process. From the initial consultation, she understood my background and connected with me on my challenges in a way few other consultants ever had! She developed a personalized strategy for me that inspired confidence in myself. She also provided valuable assistance in school selection, helping me focus my search and narrowing it down to 6 programs.
She has an established process and her own structured frameworks that did an amazing job of distilling all my past experiences. She helped me take those results and formulate my personal story that was relevant and made sense for MBA application essays and interviews. Mary understands what the admissions committees look for and her advice was always spot on! She was always accessible and her communication is prompt.
What stood out to me about Mary:
– True, customized approach that was suitable for my application strategy
– How well she understands Adcom members on the other side of the table
– How invested she is in her clients. This level of care is reflected in her feedback and interactions: quality and detail-oriented from essay reviews to mock interviews

In our consultation call, Kamir was very helpful in giving an overview of what made me a unique candidate as well as ways to best position my experience & achievements when applying. He was also integral in pointing me in the right direction to do further research on strategizing on my school selection. Our conversation was very organic, with great takeaways, and never felt like a sales pitch. I️ ultimately didn't purchase an MBA package from Inspira, but the insightful strategy call & consultation with Kamir was exactly what I️ needed to help get me started on my journey!

Gina taught me how to express my thoughts in a concise yet impactful manner and gave very helpful advice on how to structure and tailor my application for my specific career goals. She was instrumental in getting me admitted with scholarships to multiple programs.

I decided I wanted to apply for HBS deferred MBA a few days before the deadline and only had a draft essay the day before it was due (almost acceptable but not very polished). I had initially spoken to Inspira when I decided to apply to MIT a few months prior, but I was very unsure about using an admissions consultant, and I also have a very small budget as a university student, so I didn't think it would be worth it.

I contacted Inspira with only 2 days left until the HBS deadline to work on my essay. I was promptly paired with Susan and she got to work right away. If I'm honest, compared to the anxiety and stress I felt with my other applications with another very well esteemed consultant, I really felt supported by Susan. She was lovely, reassuring and she really helped me turn my essay around in only a day whilst retaining my voice and messaging. She was a bright and bubbly person and in a process where chances of rejection are high even for the best candidate, I was feeling demotivated before speaking to her. Her writing and storytelling skills were amazing, she constantly checked that I was happy with her suggested changes and I could feel she genuinely wanted to help.

Even though the whole process went by in a day, I feel as though with Susan's help I was able to present myself in the very best way I could. Whatever happens next, I know that I gave it my all and Inspira gave me that peace of mind that all those months studying for the GMAT, hopefully, won't be wasted.

My initial feeling from consultants was usually that they just wanted my money and me obtaining a place was a byproduct. I was very sceptical about the free initial meeting with all the consultancies when consultants said I should apply to X,Y,Z schools, when I didn't feel competitive - but I definitely made a mistake not working with Inspira the first time around. After making the choice to message Inspria again a few months later, working with Susan even for a day made me feel like someone was rooting for me - as I'm from the UK and most of my friends/parents have no idea what I have been spending my time and money applying for. Inspira is a consultancy you can trust.

I know that if I get called for any interviews, I will try to come back to Inspira if I can scrape together the money and if I don't get called back I will likely use Inspira when I reapply in a few years time.

The only feedback I would give is if they had payment plans/ scholarships for self-funded students. My budget is very different to an investment banker type, looking for an MBA - and whilst they offer a very competitive and effective service - that is the only thing that prevented me from choosing them in the first place and opting for another consultant was their flexibility in that area.

All in all, I would highly recommend Inspira, especially if the rest of the people on the team are even half as good as Susan. Thanks!

Edit: I got an interview at HBS!
2nd Edit: I used Inspira again for interview prep and got into Harvard Business School! I was rejected from Columbia and MIT - and didn't use Inspira for those - so a true testament to their work.

Choosing to work with the Inspira Team at first was not an easy decision given the significant upfront investment, but now that I am through the process, I see that I would not have been able to be successful in this process without them. The ROI is incredibly high, I can assure you.

Back in July 2020, I decided that I was going to start from scratch and apply to business school Round 2. I had never really considered b-school before then, and needed a resource to help advise me through the process, end to end (GMAT, understanding the various schools / differentiation, essays, application, recommendations etc), This was critical for me because of my 80 plus hour work weeks. Arush and the team delivered and they were always accessible.

Where Inspira is different and provides real value is the upfront investment that THEY make in getting to you know as a candidate. It is invaluable for a candidate to have an advisor that knows how best to craft the candidate’s story, even better than the candidate him/herself.

Having an “all you can eat” package with a team (not just one person) that knows a candidate intimately was a tremendous value for me. The team (i) helped me to develop a study plan for my GMAT, (ii) provided what felt like unlimited turns on my essays, and (iii) engaged with my recommenders to help them write the best possible recommendations, which ultimately built a very strong application package.

I am proud to say that I have been accepted to an M7 (Class of 2023) during what is widely known as a highly competitive year. There is no way I could have done it without the Inspira team.

At first, I was reluctant to work with a consultant to help me with my applications as I wasn’t sure of their effectiveness, so I did a lot of research before deciding to work with Inspira. The key factor in my decision was a call I had with Arush Chandna, where we went through my resume, profile, and goals with complete honesty. After this call, I was able to see strengths and weaknesses in my profile I hadn’t seen before. This gave me a lot of material to boost my self-confidence and to work within my applications. The whole process of preparing the material for each application is very smooth and well designed in order to optimize your time and show the admission officers who you really are. Working with consultants who until recently made the final decision on whether admit someone into the program is definitely an advantage, as they know exactly what the school is looking for and how to tackle each essay. I worked with Amy and I truly believe she’s the best consultant I could’ve worked with; she was extremely dedicated and she gave me awesome insight on ideas to highlight and also complete support and guidance through the whole process, even after having submitted the applications. I applied to both INSEAD and LBS and was admitted to both. I’ll be starting at INSEAD with a EUR 30,000 scholarship!!

I'd like give a brief review on my experience with Inspira Futures and in particular, my consultant Kate.

I am from an overrepresented pool of candidates, which was the impetus for seeking help from an admission consultant. I was also working long hours at the time of my application. I did a free consultation with Inspira and decided to work with them. I knew I only wanted to apply to HSW, so I opted for the three school all inclusive package.

Kate was absolutely brilliant from the get go! We started with a chat about the process, how we would plan the engagement, and then proceeded to talk about various aspects of my background. Kate helped me differentiate myself through amazing essays and I learned so much about storytelling from her. She was a true mentor. She was kind enough to speak with my recommenders and support them as they were writing my references. Kate was very responsive and would be sure to make time for mock interviews on weekends and late in the evenings.

Without any hesitation, I'd surely recommend Kate if anyone is looking for assistance with the application process. I got accepted at Stanford and Wharton, which I was extremely happy with.

One of Inspira's adcom members provided feedback on my application on short notice since we were only a week away from the application deadline when I got done. I got in Sloan, Booth, Johnson, and Yale SOM, which was a dream come true. Super appreciative and grateful for the Inspira team's help!

Just finished my interview with my top choice and want to use this milestone to re-thank Inspira for all their help. My advisor Susan has been so generous with her time and dedication, including Friday nights and last minute calls. She always finds a way to add her magic in my preparation and materials that give me the confidence that I am putting the best of me in the process.

I never would have the courage to apply to HBS, my first school choice, if not with Inspira. They know every loop, process and how my current standing, including my GPA will determine the outcome. It was like I'm working with the actual HBS admission committee.

There are many great things I can say about my experience with Inspira, but one of the highlights was definitely the time when my Graduate Coach connected me with the current Director of Admissions of Wharton. She knew her personally, which was absolutely crazy!! I got to ask her in-depth questions about how the Covid situation is impacting Wharton’s initiatives. There are tons of similar incidents I can talk about, but overall omg what a great experience. I would 100% recommend Inspira, without a doubt.

Inspira brought out the best in me! I never thought I can come up with an application essay that good and answer the admission committee's questions like a pro. However, I made it to Kellogg, which had always been a dream. I just started school and it's every bit as awesome as I had expected it to be.

They helped me all the way to not just get accepted at one, but all three of my reach schools. I will always be grateful to their team, especially to Kamir who spent even his weekends coaching me.

I engaged Inspira to work on both my primary and secondary application essays. They turned out to be great. We did almost 20 turns. My team didn't allow me to be satisified with mediocre essays. The kept pushing me to do better and aim higher. True to their word, they really were cheerleaders, friends, and experts all in one.

I just have one word for Inspira's team - amazing. I could never have dreamed of putting together an application like the one they helped me develop. They know exactly what the admissions committee wants. Can't recommend them highly enough. I am very satisfied by my med school application package. I was so nervous before my med-school interview. My interviewer stayed up with on the phone till 1:00am the night before. That's one of the many reasons I am leaving this 5-star review. I literally couldn't have asked for anything more.
