Inaccurate policy information
I have just purchased the policy so cannot speak to service. However, the policy I chose said it covered acute onset of pre-existing conditions, but the policy I received limited that because of my age. This is not honest marketing.

Second time purchasing from Insubuy
This is our second time purchasing visitor medical insurance through Insubuy for my mother-in-law. Both times I called to get advice from an agent and they were very helpful. This time Ryan was the one who patiently answered my questions and helped me choose the best policy. I also like that their portal is easy to use, and I had no problem logging back in after two years since my last purchase to save time entering details for the new policy.
