Easy to navigate and apply, but disapointed when i get a email for 20 percent off for birthday after I get the policy

From getting a quote to making a subsequent claim the whole process was easy and efficient. When talking to support they were friendly knowledgeable and helpful and making the claim online was also easy.
I was kept up to date with the claim process and the final approval and payment came directly to my bank account in a surprisingly short space of time. Put it this way, I have just bought another travel insurance policy from Insure&Go for my daughter who is going to Europe. I cannot recommend them highly enough

I have used Insure and Go on numerous occasions and been satisfied with price and inclusions. Sadly, the pice is going up as I get older and have pre-existing conditions, but that is to be expected.
I recently had to make a claim for cancellation of a trip due to unforeseen illness. The claims process was relatively straightforward with a dedicated team member on my case. The claim was approved very quickly, and it was paid out within a matter of days.

Getting the insurance was no problem and everything went smoothly.

I spoke with Grant & he was very patient with me & my questions - he explained it so I could understand it - he showed empathy & was easy to talk to when I kept asking questions - i have only praise for this young man

Sadly about 4 week before we were due to fly out of Australia to Europe we had to cancel our trip due to a medical issue. There was no way we could have flown as surgery was required and ongoing rest after.

We started lodging the claim online which takes you through a few steps outlining what documentation they require.

The ease of submitting a claim, being informed as time progressed as to any further documentation required.

Once all documents were received we were given a timeframe as to when we may hear whether our claim would be approved or not. And true enough were informed at that time.

Our claim was approved in 4 weeks and money was paid within 4 days after to our bank account.

I will certainly continue to use InsureandGo

I am writing this review after being completely abandoned by customer support while trapped in a declared State of Emergency due to severe flooding in Bangkok.

When a natural disaster strikes while traveling, you expect an insurance provider to offer prompt guidance and assurance. Instead, I experienced a total failure of duty of care:

Inaccessible Account Access: Overseas SMS verification failed, making it impossible to log into my online account to manage my policy.

Severe Response Delays: I reached out directly through email with my policy details attached to ask what options I had, as flooding prevented me from relocating safely. After receiving no answer, I had to follow up every 24 hours.

Generic, Automated Brush-Off: It took 5 days from my initial message to receive a reply. When it finally arrived, it was a generic, automated stock response asking for documents, completely ignoring my urgent question about available options and support.

Due to the silence, I forfeited 3 nights at my upcoming accommodation and had to pay out-of-pocket to extend my stay at my current hotel. Since replying pointing out that an automated template during an emergency was unacceptable, I have been ghosted since.

An insurance policy is completely worthless if customer service vanishes when you actually need help.

I loved the senior discount, save money.

This is the second time I have used Insure and Go and both times it has been very easy to get a quote and go forward and buy the policy. We got the seniors discount and it proves very affordable.

I like going with this company, the options they offer for yearly multiple overseas trips is very well priced. They application process is very simple and easy. This is the third time I have gone with this company for travel insurance.
