Easy and clear website/online screening process. Quick approval. Insurance Certificate emailed promptly. Have yet to seek over-the-phone support so cannot comment on that, and no claims (at this point) either. Price seems reasonable for the cover.

We found the premium to be competitive compared to other providers and the application for travel insurance was user-friendly.
Having had an accident previously overseas we found Insureand Go excellent to deal with. On that previous occasion we found the claim process was straightforward and the Support Team were not only very helpful, but also very caring. Claims were paid in a timely manner and queries were answered promptly. We felt that we were in good hands and the treatment I needed was covered without question minus the excess payment.
We would not use any other insurer for travel insurance, hence this new cover taken out on 16th September last - we are assured of insurance protection.

We chose InsureandGo for couple of reasons. #1 is that we both are retired and #2 tha one of us has a preexisting condition. So, the cost was acceptable sor us.

We did have another relative over the age of 80 who is coming on the cruise with us but we were instructed that InsureandGo don’t insure over 80 year olds even though the advertisement says they insure to 99. It was fairly difficult until we found another company that insured her for a reasonable cost

Easy to use, and great for declarations of prior medical conditions which are not serious but likely to trigger a more complicated process with other insurers.

I’ve had about 6 policies with this company and can highly recommend them. I had to make a claim for a cancelled cruise and the refund was in my account within 24 hours.
Most recently I selected the incorrect destination in my policy and it was quick and easy to rectify with the policy cancelled with a full refund and then a new policy created.
Interactions with staff on the phone have been pleasant and helpful.

It was easy to purchase InsureandGo travel insurance, with a user friendly website. The price was very competitive and coverage options covered most of the things travellers want. I liked that it focuses on what mature travellers require.

So far my experience purchasing travel insurance policy with Insurance and Go has been very positive. The web site was quite informative and easy to navigate:) I have great expectations that if the need arises to make a claim the team at Insure and Go will be there to assist with the process:)
