Options for additional studios confusing
I am a student and will be learning and practicing in three different studios. Our instructor told us to specifically list each individual studio in our policy. Looking online it says coverage is for anywhere in the US, yet there's an additional cost option to list locations. I called to clarify and don't feel like I got a satisfactory answer. I ended up buying the extra because I want to make sure I'm covered, but I'm not convinced that I wasn't swindled out of an additional $30. I'm frustrated, but I just needed to get this taken care of in a timely manner.

Yes, our coverage follows you, the policyholder, anywhere you practice in the US at no additional cost.
It sounds like you added Additional Insureds to your policy. An Additional Insured coverage need is typically required by landlords, event owners, or other entities that you work for. By adding them as an Additional Insured to your policy, you are extending your coverage to this entity should a lawsuit arise that also includes them. It is not to be confused with a policy on its own for them, but rather an extension of your coverage to them.

Bought with resentment
The insurance might be good or may not be, I am not sure. I have ended up with some but only because I had a forced deadline to prove I had some. It was very difficult to get information about student versus professional membership, whether membership was actually worth it, if you started with student and wanted to upgrade if they compensated you for that. (for example). Not to mention the different insurance coverage levels and how to select the right one. I feel like I have been had but I needed it so I got some.
