Good follow-up after I bought the policy
I really appreciated that they reached out to me after I bought the policy to see if I had any questions. That was helpful because I did have a question about personal vs. LLC insurance. The person I spoke with was very knowledgable and helped me with the policy add-ons to ensure that I had coverage for both.

We apologize for any confusion, but we do not offer policies that are $20. Perhaps it could be that you first signed up with a student policy, which are $69 but were a little lower a few years ago.
Student policies are available for only a one-time, 1-year use as they are designed for those who are first-time students in their fitness training. Our professional policies start at $189.
