I switched from another company and have not had any issues so far, luckily, so I am unable to rate the efficiency of IFG, however, I have noticed that there's more benefits included, such as Fitness Waivers and other Personal Training forms, available for download, which really helps Independent Contractors especially.

Great coverage for instructors with many specialties.

Cannot contact for certificate or any other questions. Does not mail request to my email, but other company related emails arrive.

Easy to renew, piece of mind with coverage, one price to add more facilities.

It's not based on performance or the lack thereof, it's just that the only interaction I've had with Insure Fitness is paying the premium for the past two years.

Insure Fitness Group makes renewing personal liability insurance super easy - just a few clicks online and you are all set. This is my 6th year with Insure Fitness. I have never needed to file a claim, but I have peace of mind (plus, some organizations where I teach Zumba require instructors to carry personal liability insurance).

There was some confusion as to which policy to get for my needs and when I spoke to a representative they immediately fixed my mistake. My policy has exactly the coverage I needed. It was easy to get a representative to talk to as well.

Customer representative was initially helpful but grew inpatient during our conversation and did not professional guide me to a resolution. An email was sent to superiors (initiated by representative) and I received a quick follow-up explanation to my issue; however, my request for further investigation into the extremely unprofessional experience that I had (i.e. I was told our conversation was recorded- which I was glad to hear) has yet to be acknowledged (it’s been a few weeks). I’m thinking it’s either someone’s “vacation time” or there’s a personal relationship between superior & representative. I’d like to also point out that I’ve been a 5-year loyal customer with their services.
