First of all the guy I spoke to to get my travel insurance was professional and helpful the problem i have was i tried to get this policy online and your system refused to take my card as I was not sure if the problem was my fault i travelled into my home town and went into my bank who where extremely helpful they also could not your system to take payment in Uther words i had carried out the right procedure i also went my brother's house to ask for help he also could not get your system to accept my payment all in all i am about £16 out of pocket plus an enormous amount of time stress and effort this is not good please reply with your thoughts on the matter

I sure with ease
I was able to set up easily on line even though I am 78. I made a rookie error on my holiday end date and was able to phone and have it corrected without any problems. A new policy was emailed promptly. The person I spoke to on the phone was friendly and helpful
