INTEGRAL SOLAR SOLUTIONS Reviews

From start to finish, Graham and his team at Integral Solar Solutions were amazing. We could not fault them at all. From giving them the green light to install it was less than a week to have our full battery and solar system installed. Fantastic service and outstanding attention to detail for the installation. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

Highly recommend this firm. Competitive price coupled with outstanding service and very professional. They kept me informed throughout the whole process with updates and information. The guys that came to fit the system were extremely knowledgeable helping me with the app. The job was completed in a timely fashion and I was highly impressed from every person that I had been in contact with. This wasn’t a standard fitting as we had two roofs 25meters apart to install the panels on but they kept to their quote so no hidden extra cost incurred.
Five stars from us!!!

Highly recommend Graham and the team at Integral. The whole process was quick and easy and everything was done as agreed. Graham is very knowledgeable and gives the information you need to get the best solution to work for you. The installation team were great. Lewis, Adam and Harry made sure everything was how we wanted it to be. The installation was completed in a day and everything was left clean and tidy. The team made sure we knew how everything worked before leaving. Would not hesitate to recommend Integral to anyone considering solar.

Integral solar Solns installed our solar system almost 2 years ago - we have been delighted watching the sun doing its work via our app. Unfortunately the app stopped working recently and one phone call brought the service team to my house to sort my app. The guys were polite, patient and a credit to the company. I confidently recommend this company and will do continue to do so with this level of aftercare which is so important to me.

Integral kept us informed at all times and followed through with the schedule perfectly. The workmen were efficient and courteous. Everything was completed so quickly and smoothly. Very impressed. I’d be happy to recommend them to anyone considering Solar power.

A smooth experience from start to finish. The project was delivered at an extremely competitive price, with a professional and reliable service throughout.
Graham was extremely knowledgeable, flexible and, most importantly, always put the customer first. He was a pleasure to deal with and made the whole process straightforward.
The installation team were also professional throughout, completing the work efficiently and to a very high standard.
I couldn’t recommend Integral Solar Solutions highly enough.

Great service and great job, the guys doing the install were brilliant, nothing was a problem and really friendly. Kept informed the whole time, would recommend.

From start to finish, and even after. Totally incredible service.
From the painless quoting from Graham, to the jokes with the scaffolders as they were all leaving.

Made to be completely at ease throughout the whole process.
What shocked me compared to some other quotes we received,

Integral required 0 payment for anything upfront until I was satisfied with the end result.
The system is incredible, soon as it was all plugged in, we were live, generating energy.
The 3 lads sent to install, Adam, Harry and Lou were so respectful of the house, very tidy and all explained every step.

I'm just glad after disappointment from mnay other companies I'd taken the call from Graham and integral because we were so put off by tactics, behaviours and pricing from other companies.

We had a Aiko 14 panel, Fox 12kw battery, Fox 7kw car charger, scaffolded and done in less than a day for thousands less compared from other companies that didn't offer half the storage, a charger and would've taken days to complete.

Integral were so attentive to aesthetics aswell, very courteous of where things went and how they looked, which for the speed it got completed in... Nothing short of incredible.

I'm actively recommending Integral to everyone. Very very impressed.

Thank you so much!

I cannot recommend Integral Solar Solutions highly enough! They recently fitted solar panels on my house, and the entire experience was fantastic. Right from the start, the process was stress-free, especially since they required a £0 deposit. The whole team was extremely helpful and friendly throughout.
What really stood out was their dedication on the day of the installation. There was an unexpected issue with the delivery of the panels (completely out of their control), but the installers didn't let that stop them. They went completely out of their way to collect the panels themselves and then worked late into the evening just to ensure the job was finished on the exact same day. Their work ethic and commitment to the customer are incredible. I would highly recommend them to absolutely everyone!

Installation was done as promised and scaffolding removed next day.
Installers worked very hard to complete in one day.

Not requiring any cash up front, gave me complete confidence in the process.
I was also pleased they went through the correct procedures by going through the DNO to get permission for the work.
The workers themselves were very experienced and we're happy to explain what they were doing and making sure the every was how I wanted it.

I really can’t recommend Graham and the team at Integral Solar enough. From initial contact there is no hard sell. Just really good advice and support through the decision making process which I must say was quite different to the approach of some other companies that I spoke to. Right through to the actual installation. The teams were polite, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful let alone the quality of the install itself, and it was all in and done in 3 days. Now I am online the system they recommended and installed delivers exactly what I wanted which was no grid power use at all and to feed in enough power to generate an income to cover my council tax bill, Amazing! If you want solar use these guys you will not regret it.

I had been considering solar panels for quite some time when an advert for Integral Solar Solutions appeared on my social media. I decided to look into the company, and after reading numerous excellent reviews praising their customer service, design, pricing, and installation, I made contact with them on 23rd April.

I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by Graham, the owner. I found him approachable, honest, and straight-talking, which is exactly the type of service I appreciate. There was absolutely no hard sell. I simply explained my annual electricity usage, my preference to have panels fitted only to the rear of my property, and my requirement for battery storage. My goal was to be largely self-sufficient for most of the year while still being able to export excess energy back to the grid.

None of this was a problem. Graham said he would review everything and provide a design and quotation as soon as possible. Within 24 hours, I had received a full system design, a detailed equipment specification, and a competitive quotation which I later altered for more panels

I hadn't approached any other solar providers before contacting Integral, despite now being bombarded with solar adverts. Following my initial conversation with Graham, I felt completely confident in moving forward with Integral to supply and install the system.

The next stage was the DNO application to obtain formal permission for the installation. Although this process can take several weeks and is outside of Integral's control, Terri in the office monitored everything closely and kept me updated throughout. Once approval was received, an installation date was agreed, and Graham carried out a final pre-installation visit. This was an excellent opportunity to ask any remaining questions, and his knowledge and experience gave me complete confidence that everything was in hand.

The installation process was explained clearly from the start: scaffolding the day before, installation the following day, and scaffold removal shortly afterwards. Terri confirmed all the dates in advance.

Everything happened exactly as promised. The scaffolding team arrived early, erected the scaffolding quickly and professionally, and did an excellent job.

On the Thursday, Terri called to let me know that my solar panels had been upgraded to the latest model with improved capacity and technology at no extra cost—a fantastic surprise.

The installation team, Adam, Harry, and "Little Harry", arrived early on Friday and got straight to work. They installed 19 panels, the inverter, and the battery system all in a single day. They were polite, respectful, and professional throughout, and we even managed a bit of friendly banter while I kept them supplied with drinks. Everything was left clean and tidy, exactly as promised.

Before leaving, Adam took the time to explain the monitoring app and how to get the most from the system, which was a great finishing touch.

On Monday morning, the scaffolding team returned as arranged and removed everything. The whole project was completed exactly to schedule.

So, would I recommend Integral Solar Solutions? Absolutely. They genuinely deliver on what they promise. From Graham and Terri to the installation team—Adam, Harry, and Little Harry—and the scaffolding team, everyone was professional, friendly, and a credit to the company.

I'm already seeing savings on my electricity bills, and I couldn't be happier with the service.

Thank you to the whole team!

Solar is not a small investment and finding the right company to install can be a lengthy process. I had more than 10 companies, visit, survey and quote for my system over a period of 4 weeks. Graham of integral Solar was one of the people that visited my property . Right from the off Graham was transparent, straight talking and spent a considerable amount of time answering my questions, In person and with follow up phone calls, he didn’t suggest the easiest job for him but tailored the system to our individual situation and requirements. His quote was clearly broken down and competitive allowing me to understand exactly what I was getting line item by line item. After awarding the work to
Integral Solar they submitted DNO and it was approved within a week or so. During the installation, the team were courteous, communicative and respectful of the property. The scaffold was erected and dismantled on the dates promised, particularly important to me as one lift was situated on my neighbours property. The team worked immensely hard and everything was done to a high standard. The system has been up and running a little over 4 days and has produced over 200Kw of electricity, the battery has charged fully from 0. % to 100% by 9am and the Sigenergy app is an intuitive and easy to use piece of software. Obviously the performance is weather dependant but it really is seemless alternating between solar, battery and grid dependent on load.
Any small issues encountered during the install were all solved without disruption or disturbance to myself or my family.
Trust is a reciprocal arrangement and it is a trait that both Graham and myself value highly. All I can say is if Graham tells you something, it will happen, he is a man of
His word and his team reinforce his philosophy in the way they approach their work. I would have no hesitation recommending Integral Solar to anyone who is looking at investing in a solar system. The fact that he was the only company who didn’t need a deposit and backed his team to
Deliver a quality job again reinforced confidence that they were the company to deliver what I wanted(no mean feat). They exceeded in every aspect and I have full confidence they will do the same if you decide to partner with Integral Solar for
Your installation.

We recently had our solar panels installed and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth, well organised, and completely transparent.

A special thank you to Graham, who was incredible from the outset. Graham isn’t a typical solar salesman who knows a bit about solar and shows you a generation graph, he’s an electrical engineer who designed our system from the ground up. Generation graphs matter to him, but his real focus is how the system performs, because he knows a well-designed system will pay for itself without needing a sales pitch. He was the only person willing to take a dig out to the garage, treating our house as if it were his own, telling us plainly he wouldn’t put a battery somewhere he wouldn’t put one in his own home. He was also the only one willing to work with the solar system already on our roof. Every other company we spoke to backed away because it wasn’t a “textbook” setup and they didn’t understand it. Graham, with his engineering background, just saw it as straightforward.

Before installation, Terri was working hard behind the scenes, sorting the DNO application, handling all the paperwork, and getting everything booked in. She’s the magic that makes it all happen without you even seeing it.

On installation day Lewis, Harry, and Harry were fantastic. Professional, clean, and hardworking throughout but more than that, they were genuinely caring. A lot of tradespeople are professional and tidy, but not many treat your home like their own. As soon as they arrived, they explained exactly what they’d be doing. Every time we checked in, they stopped to walk us through exactly where they were up to. They even replaced a cracked roof tile they hadn’t caused, just to make sure everything was left perfect. No wires on show, a flawless finish throughout.

The aftercare has been just as impressive. Graham made it clear he wasn’t disappearing once the job was done, everything continues through him, and if we ever need help, we simply pick up the phone. What really stood out is that you’re given direct numbers for Graham, for Terry, and even for the installers themselves. No call centres, no head office queue. If you want to speak to Graham, you ring Graham and he answers. If you want Terri, she picks up.

The whole team was a pleasure to deal with, and the quality of both the customer service and workmanship was outstanding. We’d recommend them to anyone considering solar without hesitation. Thank you all for a first-class job.

I would like the thank Graham and all the team at Integral Solar Solutions. They dont offer a sales pitch, they offer advice and solutions and this is what drew me to proceeding with Integral. In a world where company chase profits, Graham's approach has been refreshing with honesty and a man of his word.
The team that fitted the panels and battery were equally impressive and efficient.
I will be ordering more batteries to improve my capacity soon. My family is also getting their kit installed soon.
Do your your research and shop around but you will end up back at Integral.
Thank you

The whole process from start to finish was perfect, from 1st call from Graham at the front end with no pressure and sound just advice, great scaffolding team, great installation team , and the best quote with exactly what I needed to have the set up I wanted and needed, with Terri at the back end sorting out all the important stuff, if you want an honest service at the right price no bs really professional service look nowhere else. Top company top team top job thank you integral 👍

Great advice from Graham, cleared a couple of things up for me that another company had quoted, and cheaper
Fast install, clean, tidy and no problems. Recommend definitely!

Graham came to the house and provided a quote as well as talking me through the whole process. Integral sorted all of the required permission's for the installation. Everything went really smoothly, the scaffold went up the day before the installation and down the day after completion. The team arrived and were very professional, very experienced and very efficient. The system was fully installed in a day with an hour or two required for final tweaks the following day. Everything went really smoothly and the installation is now up and running and looks to be making the anticipated savings. I would highly recommend Integral Solutions for solar systems, you will not be disappointed with the standards of service nor the price.

Thank you to Graham, Terri and the team everything run smoothly! They said what they would do and like clockwork it was done! From Graham coming at the start he knew his product, to the scaffolders and the team fitting the panels and connecting the battery etc. very professional and great job 👍
