Olivia is just brilliant. She is so knowledgeable and kind. She explains everything really clearly and you can tell she really cares.
The branch in Cheadle is beautiful! Feels like you are going for a spa treatment rather than wax removal.

Excellent , pain free solution to sort out hearing loss due to wax build up. The consultant talked me through everything that she would do to make sure I knew what was going on. Problem sorted in minutes 👍

Once again the service was very professional and welcoming. Melissa was my audiologist and she carried out the wax removal simply and painlessly. She was friendly, and explained everything very well and politely, putting me completely at ease. I would not hesitate to recommend this practise to anyone who needed aural attention.

Amazing ear treatment
