I had a wonderful experience yesterday with Olivia at Integrate Hearing Schwarz! For 5 weeks I've suffered with lack of hearing in my right ear - apart, of course, from the awful shushing noises - also accompanied by the giddiness and other-worldly feeling which comes with having a head half filled with what feels like condensed fluff. Within half an hour or so, Olivia had gently and carefully restored me to normality. Her manner was lovely and she instantly put me at my ease. She explained each step of the process and readily answered my questions. A thoroughly enjoyable experience with an amazing result. It's so good to come across someone who clearly knows what they're doing and can engage with their client in a warm and comforting way.

I recently visited to have my ears micro suctioned by Melissa Korn, followed by a hearing evaluation. Melissa is incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring I understood every step. I highly recommend her services.

Olivia at Integrate Romiley has been so helpful and understanding on the several occasions I have been to see her. I’ve had micro-suctioning carried out, I’ve had great advice on, and help with the selection of a new hearing aid and had a few hearing tests done too. All carried out with care and professionalism. I can’t recommend Olivia enough. And it’s so convenient in Romiley! If you live in the area and need ear help, she’s the lady to see!

I visited my GP who said I was struggling with a build up of wax in both ears but there was a 6mth waiting list on the NHS. After a quick google I found Intrgrate Hearing and there was an appointment at the Romiley clinic that day! Olivia was great. She identified the same issue that my GP had and advised treatment. She was thorough and got the job done. Thank you Olivia.

Just had Earwax removed at the Cheadle branch this was my first time here, I have it done about every 4 months, and I can honestly say this is the best experience I have had from any company very friendly very easy to talk to explanation given on process. I know where I will be going next time and luckily they are opening a branch near me in Ashton under Lyne. brilliant. thank you to all Cheadle branch..
