It is a relief to have one contact for all of these utility supplier contracts. Integrity keeps me informed and tracks all of my contracts for me as well as finds me the best rates when they are coming due.

The people are very helpful. However, our experience is still somewhat limited.

Didn't like the way the representative kept pushing for us to switch. Rep. Didn't check with our current energy company about the status of our contract with them even after I sent the last bill we received. This caused us to have to accept a delayed contract with APG&E that we did not want. The reason for this is at the end of our current contract it does not give us the option to see what rates our current energy company would offer us at the end of the contract (8/24) regardless of current trends in pricing.

My experience here at Integrity Energy has went extremely downhill from when I first started. They have an anonymous survey you can fill out every month but I don't want the director to just filter this away so the owner and "president" won't see it.
First off I'll start with the upper management (Renee, Sean)
The director of sales is completely unprofessional, rude, and unappreciative. I do understand that this is a job, however when you have an employee putting up big numbers month after month and then is all of a sudden struggling, Renee's first thing to do is kick them out the door. Not put work into them and help them. Yet the company advertises that they're a second chance company. The company implements 4 core values that they want every employee to go by... they hire and fire off of these values but how can they do that when the director of sales doesn't even meet one of them.
I over heard the Director of Sales tell the Hiring manager IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SALES FLOOR that she hopes five more people quit after one person already did. That in my opinion is not professional, It's not inspiring, it's NOT mature.
She never stops running her mouth screaming at people. And not to mention the gum smacking. Would you want someone screaming at you at your work place when all your trying to do is your job? She took in a bunch of lead generators into her office and yells at then saying they have to sell to work at Integrity when the job of a lead generator is to generate leads. That's it. Generate the leads for the account managers to sell and close. But yet its the lead generators fault when leads don't close. And when they don't have their points all hell breaks loose.
The new "President" of Integrity is one of the worst things that has happened to this company, since everything seems to be crumbling into pieces since they hired him.
He doesnt know what hes doing. He is turning this place into a sh** show. He is totally against the Lead Generators and doesn't praise the managers or the employees over on that side. He comes out of his office everyday goes over and talks to the account managers high fives them... claps says good job but NEVER once looks in the direction of the LG team. When 80 percent of the deals come from the lead generators. That's not inspiring or authentic. It doesn't seem like he genuinely cares. Shouldn't they practice the core values as well?
Integrity also has a transgender individual working there. They are just not starting the transition.
They are allowed to use the womens bathroom because the presidents words were he's a federally protected class.
Over 80 percent of the people at Integrity are African American, which is a federally protected class and they don't even have enough decency to give them Juneteenth off.
They are all disrespectful and unprofessional and they should all be ashamed of themselves. You never feel appreciated working there due to the director. She makes the work environment so toxic and so negative. And the president is just following right in her footsteps. It's like a breath of fresh air coming to work when she's not there. I cannot understand how the owner does not see that she is the problem. The whole company and work environment would be so much better off without her there.

Integrity works with us to keep our over all bill (34 accounts) low and consistent with aout the recent large increases.

She walked me through all the steps and she made it quick and easy... I should have done it sooner my electric bill is outrageous.....so hopefully this will help.
