You call way you many times. My God it was several times a day every day. And our contract had 9 months left in it and you were harassing me with phone calls. Stop!!

We apologize for the unwanted calls. Timing of the markets come into play with energy. Many of our customer sign up well in advance of their contracts expiring. Too bad you can't give negative points. Ashley Otterbacher was lied about our request to cancel and account and even switch an account that we did not want to switch out. When we try to contact, the company will not return our email or calls.

Integrity Energy is sorry for your negative experience. Our representative did receive authority and a signed contract from your firm. By the time we received the email to cancel the order, the account had already switched. The supplier then wanted to charge termination fees, of which we fought vigorously against even though the charges were justified. We were in constant contact the entire time, and it was a miscommunication in your company prior to the signing of two contracts from two different suppliers.
