Joined inteletravel back in June 2024 and have never looked back. If you do the correct research you'll realise there actually is nothing to lose! I started slow because like anything it takes time yo get your head around lots of learning. That's the key thing here.. learning! Please don't think your going to be a top travel booker overnight, if u went to the gym for a week you would not be a body builder. I started by booking only for myself and testing the waters myself and I was blown away! I couldn't believe I hadn't done it sooner as I watched for months. I've now travelled more than ever, built amazing friendships and earn an additional income around my 9-5. What's not to love?

I absolutely LOVE this company. I sold 1.3 mil in 13 months. I did the Inteletravel training and had support with my team as well. If you see a negative review it is because they did not have the right support or chose not to put work at it. It takes time to build your business but it works and a great way to build a business! I paid my investment with 1 trip sold. I been with the company since feb 2024.

This was my first holiday in Agadir all I can say is the advisor Alka who helped me book the holiday was absolutely amazing she helped from the booking to even sorting out a personal transfer to the hotel the whole experience was fantastic 😀

I’ve been self employed with InteleTravel since September 2024, and I absolutely love it. I get to book holidays for myself and others and earn commission back on it, it’s something I didn’t realise I was looking for… but needed. Travelling for less and earning an income whilst doing it. What’s there not to loveee!! I’ve never had any issues with pay, and always get great support from the helplines.

Absolutely fabulous company. I have had several smaller and larger trips booked through inteletravel and have always received the best service from agents as well as excellent customer service and care. The holidays themselves have always exceeded my expectations. I could not be happier with this company. Having read some of the reviews, I am baffled why people would write bad reviews about the company when they are clearly disgruntled with individuals. Why slate an entire company because a single person wronged you. It’s like saying all doctors are murderers because of what shipman did. Anyway, from mine and my families experience this company is absolutely fabulous - and now it’s proven as featured in travel weekly!

Yes you can add the marketing side but it isn’t compulsory, and you can make an awful amount of money just from travel!! There are lots of ladies who have joined and retired from the business just from travel.

Also just going to say ALL travel booking even ones in the shops like Tui, love holidays etc - have to wait up to 30-90 days to be paid. It’s the same for us.

I've been working with this host travel agency for over two and a half years, and it's been an incredibly rewarding experience. Commission payments are always on time, and the company provides a wealth of free training resources to help agents grow and succeed.

One of the things I value most is the strong sense of team support. Whenever questions arise, there's always someone to turn to or resources available to find the answers. There are plenty of recorded webinars from top tour operators, as well as frequent live sessions to stay up-to-date with the industry.

Another amazing benefit is the opportunity to join familiarization trips to different countries — a fantastic way to explore destinations firsthand and better assist clients. I'm truly grateful to be part of such a professional and supportive network.

Anyone who is looking for a get rich quick scheme - this isn’t it! That doesn’t mean that it’s not a great opportunity though.

I think it will very much depend on which team and mentor you join with, but Travel Unlimited, and my mentor are fab. The team have put together amazing resources to support you to understand Intele’s systems and processes, and if you spend time getting to know these and do the training then they become easier over time. The rep side of the business is optional and it isn’t pushed with you and training from my team is always split. There are weekly travel agent trainings and weekly reps training. The support and encouragement has been amazing from the whole team. I don’t know that everyone has this, so check out who you’re signing up with if you want the best experience.

As with everything, you need to do your research, go into it with a mindset that you want to learn and that you’ll succeed. This isn’t a role for anyone who doesn’t want to work hard.

I have been working for Inteletravel for 12 months. I have amazing training and the best team behind me.

So I joined InteleTravel last year in the hope that I’d be able to get holidays at great prices and become an independent Travel agent.
In hindsight I should have done more research before joining.

In my opinion I found the online training/webinars very confusing and difficult to understand, you didn’t have to complete all at once though. After listening to the webinars and doing the online training you’re all of a sudden a fully qualified travel agent!? How, when people go to college for years and have apprenticeships to become one?? Let that sink in.
Why would someone want to book with you after doing online training for a few hours rather than a travel agent that has years and years of experience?

I do agree with alot of people that this is a pyramid scheme!! Obviously they are illegal but this is very very similar!! You have a mentor - who messages you via social media selling you all this that you can make X amount of commission etc. at first they are very very nice and welcoming and helping you to start your business but when you’ve launched you are on your own!! Your mentor doesn’t want to know at all. It’s because, once they have signed you up they get commission. They get commission every time you sell a holiday.
Which leads me to my next point..not once did I find a holiday cheaper in the back office or in the suppliers sites. It is cheaper for customers to book direct. In order to get loads of commission you need to be booking expensive holidays.

I really wish I did more research into this and read reviews.
Please if you are thinking of becoming an independent online travel agent do research.

I joined InteleTravel believing I was signing up for a genuine opportunity to earn money by booking travel and helping clients. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing and felt more like a recruitment scheme than a real travel business.

From the beginning, I was given misleading information. I was told clients would receive the same pricing through me as they would booking directly, but that they’d benefit from my help and service. In reality, every client I worked with found cheaper prices on their own and ended up booking directly — making it impossible for me to earn anything meaningful.

Worse, the support was almost nonexistent. My mentor couldn’t answer basic questions, and when I reached out to the team director, I was met with rude and dismissive responses. I felt completely unsupported and alone in figuring things out.

What became clear very quickly is that the real focus of InteleTravel — especially through the PlanNet Marketing side — is not travel at all, but recruiting. The emphasis is on building a “team” and getting others to sign up under you, which creates a cycle that feels more like a multi-level marketing structure than a professional travel business.

When I asked for a refund due to this misrepresentation and lack of support, I was told I didn’t meet the refund criteria — even though the experience I had was clearly not what was promised.

I would not recommend InteleTravel to others. Unless you’re interested in recruiting more people rather than selling travel, you may find, like I did, that this isn’t what you thought you were signing up for.

I’ve been with InteleTravel for just 7 months, and it’s been nothing short of amazing. Since joining, I’ve saved money on every holiday I’ve booked (yes, really!) and even started earning extra income just for doing what I love TRAVELING!

I signed up with them 6 months ago , Pay a month subscription. The deals i can get as a travel agent are great but I would strongly recommend trying ot register as a travel agent antoher way
Inteletravel has poor customer service...a booking back end system older than when i used to be an internal travel agent back in 2013. Very glitchy and you only get paid on thigns 60 days after clients have travelled. I feel that they are greedy and no idea where all our money is going to

This company is evidently a scam. It’s a pyramid scheme. Do you know a single person who has EVER used them to book a holiday? No?! That’s because no one ever does.

Such an amazing company - so many travel deals that I've never been able to find on the usual Internet searches. Agents who book safaris, world tour trips and cruises and never an issue. Will always use them knowing that my holidays are safe and my money is well spent

I joined in August 2024, I absolutely love it. I've made a significant amount not only through commission but also savings on my own holidays. There is so much training and support so for all the negative reviews, all I can say is you obviously didn't do the training and put into practice everything you're taught. It is your business so you obviously have to treat it like a business and work at it, it's not a get rick quick scheme, but if you are coachable and put in the action required your earning potential is unlimited! It really is a fantastic opportunity.

Don't let the bad reviews put you off, if you are hard working and want to get out of the 9-5 or just want another income stream then go for it. I'm so glad I did!
