The bed is nice. More for my wife. I wake up with a stiff back. This mattress was not my key to relief. For me it was putting the mattress on an adjustable frame. Keeping a slight incline saves me from back pain.

We love our new Intellibed mattress, and the customer service was top-notch! We'll be replacing all the mattresses in our house with Intellibed. I highly recommend these mattresses.

I sleep so well in this bed, and there were no toxic-smelling fumes when I first started using it. (I had been looking for a bed with no/minimal off gassing). Super comfy. The shipping and delivery process was a drag, but now that the bed is here and I've been using the bed for about a year, it's in the past and I can enjoy my sleep!

I have been sleeping on my intellibed for a year now, and I still often voice aloud, "I love my bed." It is dreamy soft and fully supportive. I have no regrets about splurging for my intellibed.

This is the best bed I have ever owned. I have had it for 6 months now. If it retains its quality for the remainder of its expected useful life up per the manufacturer's claim, I will be extremely satisfied with this product and consider it money well-spent. It's great to find a bed that is comfortably soft but supportive at the same time. My experience so far has been even better than I had hoped for. How many products can we say that about?

I received great service from this company. Though I think the bed is too firm. I feel the pressure points more than expected. I should have gone with the soft bed.

Intellibed answered my many questions on the phone (excellent customer service) and once I made the decision to go with them, my bed arrived on time. In fact, to make their timeline, the workers brought my new bed into my home and put it together at 8:30pm (my choice)! I was so excited to have it that night...plus I slept better than ever that night and have ever since.

I found Intellibed through a blog I follow and was interested in the fact that the bed isn't full of toxins. However, what is even better is that it is the most comfortable bed I've ever experienced. Before I bought this mattress, I was considering the Westin bed and the Intellibed is much more comfortable...and I didn't think that possible. I highly recommend the bed and the pillows.

The only bad thing I can say about the intellibed is that I don't seem to want to get out of it!! With the adjustable base it is comfortable for sleeping, reading and TV watching. The mattress is quite heavy and therefore difficult to turn - that is a bit of a negative, but I have a problem with most other mattresses too so I can't complain too much. At least you don't have to flip it. It is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on and I have fibromyalgia so sleep is always difficult. This mattress has made a real difference.

I researched non toxic mattresses - which I found Sleep Number was not one of these mattresses. It is extremely comfortable as the gel distributes evenly unlike air with the other mattresses.

Have no problems with the bed. Like it very much. Comfortable. Only thing I don't like is that it's too tall. I have to use a step stool to get into it. Othe than that its very good. My back likes it.

We love our intelliBED! We've had it since July 2015 and could not be happier!

I like my intellibed, I slept like a little baby the first night, but my wife however was very skeptical, she didn't sleep hardly at all. Thought it was too firm.However after her second night she said it was better, and a week later she was loving it too. We have the king firm mattress and really do enjoy it.
However I was a little disappointed with the Intellibed company as a whole. Seemed like they were more interested in money than they were about servicing an account. Sent e mails to the company when we first set it up. And when our 60 day free trial was over sent another explaining how satisfied we were and I didn't hear a word back. Just got the feeling they didn't really care after we signed the bottom line. And after the 60 day period they really did not care.
The bottom line is this mattress has provided me with the best sleep I have gotten in quite some time. I believe my wife would agree with me , but would rather she say that herself.

Will be throwing this $2000 piece of garbage mattress away. Have gotten a Herniated disc since using :(

I purchased my Intellibed almost a year ago, and I continue to get the best sleep of my life on it. My husband and I were so thrilled that we also purchased a crib mattress for our soon-to-arrive bundle of joy and we're confident she'll be just as pleased and rested as we are.

But the customer service is, in many ways, shockingly disappointing. When we purchased our bed we bought two Intellibed pillows. We were ushered into purchasing the pillow protective covers, and I thought, based on my conversation with the sales person and the fact that the website page that had the pillows on it linked to an ambiguous warranty page that says something to the effect of "products must be kept in protective covers to be eligible for warranty", that the covers were required for the warranty.

I found the pillows to be exceptionally uncomfortable. My husband was pleased with his but no matter how I inflated/deflated my pillow it caused me severe pain. That, and the protective covers are comically large compared to the size of the pillow, which just seemed a bit lazy on their part.

When I requested a refund/return of my pillow, I learned that they consider pillows to be "personal products" and therefore non-returnable. Customer service was less than helpful, and after many attempts at contacting them via email w/ no response, I called and was offered very poor explanations and resolutions, despite the fact that their advertising of the warranty program on the pillow page made this look like an incredibly deceptive business practice on their part - I continued to escalate it until a supervisor begrudgingly refunded me for my pillow, but did so in a rude way as if I was scamming them.

So, I think it's a bit of a gamble - it's impossible to know if their products are going to suit you, and if they don't it'll end up being quite the headache and/or expense to you to resolve.

Prior to the intelliBED, I had the memory foam with gel-type bed and of course the traditional spring. There is no comparison. For me, I get the support I need plus just enough give in the mattress for comfort. I am primarily a back sleeper so the combination is perfect!

I look forward to many years with my intelliBED!

We have had a variety of sleep issues, but the first thing my wife noticed is that she no longer wakes up with aches and pains.

We have a king and two twin beds and our family is sleeping great! They are a little more money than a typical spring bed but when you consider how much time you spend sleeping and how important it is to get good rest, it was a worth while investment to us. We have had our beds for about a year now and no complaints or issues.
