Sent the wrong item and then expected me to send the item back before they would send the item that I ordered. They told me it could take more than 2 weeks for the item that I ordered to be delivered as this is the estimated length of time for the return process. They then added that by which point my item that I ordered might not even be in stock. The factory made an error by sending the wrong item and now its down to me, the customer,to take time out of my busy working life to travel to a town to send it back. I can't believe that they wont send the item that i have paid for until I ammend an error that someone made in their factory.

Ordered from In the Style on Monday, paid for next day delivery and only received my order today (Saturday). When I messaged to find out where my order was, they didn’t know. The person I spoke to, couldn’t have been any less helpful, and was quite rude. I messaged again to see if there was an update and didn’t even get a reply.
When my order did arrive it hard a dirty mark on.
Avoid like the plague!!

Awful experience with customer service team and still not resolved!! I purchased 2 dresses, fair enough I didn’t realise they were pre order and did take a while to arrive - I have only received 1 of the dresses and no one is replying to me about where the other is and why I haven’t yet received it. I have emailed numerous times and tried to message on instagrams but I am ignored! I won’t be ordering again and really hoping this is resolved soon as the dress I have received I want to return due to poor quality!

Terrible customer service when it came to returning 2 items from my first order, no reply to my messages and now having to go through my credit card company to get a refund

Item ordered October 1st 2024. Review written October 15th and Item still not received. Contacted ITS three times and have not received one response. Therefore I have no Item and no refund. Very unreliable and unprofessional company. I do not recommend at all.

Awful first experience with ITS
Two items never arrived even though ITS claim they were sent. Communication takes weeks and that’s if you get a reply.
Still no refund despite filling out their claim form.

Ordered an item from the jac jossa range item never came they said they would investigate still never heard anything back so message them again to be told nothing they can do no offer of a replacement or a refund absolutely terrible service how is it my fault it never came would not advise using them

If I could give this a minus score, I most certainly would. Appalling customer service, no way of contacting them from order confirmation - on order confirmation there is a tab which says 'contact us', which does not work! No live chat available. No updates on order placed on 17th September 24. AVOID!!!!

One of the items was damaged with lipstick on and I did not receive the other item ordered (there was a white lace dress instead of the blue sarong)!! I contacted ITS as soon as i opened the parcel and I was advised to return both items. I had to complete a denial of receipt form which I did for the sarong. I have chased for news of the sarong and got an email back to say I had returned it. I emailed to say I have never received it so how could I have returned it? ITS are simply just not responding and it has been a couple of months now.

I wish I had read in the style reviews before placing an order.
I purchased a £17.99 jumper from them, ( delivery was £3.99. ). Quality and fit wasn’t good so I returned.
They took £6.50 from the total of my refund as a return charge! £6.50!!!! All in all I paid £10.50 in shipping for an ugly jumper that I didn’t keep.

If I could give it zero I would , I sent a dress back two weeks ago which was in perfect condition! On day 15 I’ve had an email saying they are sending it back to me with my explanation. No response from in the style either

Worst experience with this company/ customer service is non existent- still awaiting my £300 next day delivery order to be shipped and doesn't appear to be coming anytime soon, customer service just repeatedly lie to you saying it will be shipped and to keep an eye out on your emails... which never happens- avoid!!!!

Even when you select the size you want in the filter it shows you everything butn the size you selected, therefore I gave up and didn't buy anything. disappointing.

Wish I seen this trustpilot thread before ordering. Dress came, it was fine but just not as in the picture. Returned back and had to pay €9 for a return using my own postage which is red flag 1 bc now a lot of companies do prepaid postage, returned on the 23rd August and haven’t got a cent back, emailed 3 times and being ignored by the customer service, just save your time and money girls and shop elsewhere

I've never had issues with refunds but I'm over 14 days now waiting for a refund and sent messages via contact us 4 times now and been ignored and then Corinne responded once to me asking for proof of postage which I sent and again I'm being ignored. So Im just not getting my money back then? It's put me off shopping with in the style going forward now..

Wrong item sent. Poor customer service. Socials and chat messages ignored. Will never use again.

Bought a lovely swimming costume that I really do like however shockingly you burn right through the material

Placed an order for next special day delivery by 1pm and they did not arrive in time.
Customer service team is non existent as you cannot even click on the ‘contact us’ button in your email.
Originally I sent an email 6 days ago regarding an incorrect item I ordered however no response and 2 days ago I sent another email as I need to return and wanted the delivery fee and return fee refunded and still no response.
Chat service is pointless, no one is manning it.
The company are probably focussing on paying the influencers the money to promote their brand and do not care at all about their consumer.
A company with 4million followers, I would expect the service to be a lot better!
It has put me off from ever ordering again!!

Ordered over £100, the website did not give my next day delivery. Which it should automatically do as I am entitled to it and it is advertised on website.
Items arrived when I was out country, by time I returned I tried to return items but was unable to due to small returns window of 14days.
I contacted customer services several times, but they are extremely slow to respond (or in my case no response!)
Lack of customer service, bad website - would never EVER order from them again.

Bloomin awful!!
Have to pay for delivery AND returns one or the other is fine and took two weeks for my refund to hit my account. There’s no need for it to take that long.
