First time ordering and definitely won’t order again , dress arrived and it’s terrible quality especially for the price and £2.50 to return what a rip off

returned a faulty bikini top - was made to pay £2.50 as their returns process is an absolute joke, said they would send another top, didn't refunded instead - now have bottoms that are useless without a top, CS is non existent & rude, they gave a refund of postage as a good will gesture - what goodwill you sold faulty goods

Was sent the wrong item and spoke to kiri on chat, she sent me the correct item with proof of returning wrong item on the same day as return...brilliant customer service from kiri and ITS👏
Also never had a problem with sending returns or receiving refunds from ITS as some reviewers have experienced

Orderd one dress , got charged two . Both dresses arrived three sizes two big . Sent back the same day of arrival , still waiting for refund . Avoid this company . Useless !! More importantly they don’t care about customers! Update , thank goodness for PayPal✔️

Charging me £6.49 for a return. Absolute daylight robbery.
I have no item to show for it, and they expect me to be £6.49 down. Customer Service claimed it was a "handling fee".
I've raised a dispute through Klarna because I refuse to pay it.
Reporting them to the FCA!

Used before, delivery,clothes all good, customer service not good, used in May of this year, returned goods,17th may, am still waiting for a refund,sent several emails, had couple of standard replies saying turn around is 14 days, my items have been delivered back, royal mail tracking says delivered, sent emails, over 14 days now, still waiting.
To add, now sorted, but customer service is not good at all.

14 days is a ridiculous amount of time to take to process a refund and I’m very concerned that I’m reading in other reviews that some people haven’t even got their money back by then! My return arrived back on Monday and I’ve still not got my money back! The refund is not even in process! I was told it could be 14 days! This was definitely not clear when I ordered the items or I wouldn’t have spent that money on them. How can I be sure my items won’t be lost by then. Makes all the trusted celebrities look really bad. Such a shame as the clothes I ordered look lovely yet the process let’s them all down.

Horrible company

order of 250 was made. received a message afterwards that 80 € import duties will be paid.
I contacted the sender to return the package to the sender because I was not aware of the high import duties. dhl has returned the package and the sender indicates that if they have received the package, I will get my money back.

meanwhile 2 weeks later had contact with dhl. the sender has requested dhl behind my back to destroy the shipment because I do not want to pay import duties.

Used In The Style for the first time despite seeing poor reviews, and well sadly, these reviews were clearly accurate.

Ended up needing to return my item which now almost two weeks on, is still "in transit"... live chat is useless, stating it takes up to 21 days despite their returns portal assuring you that items will be returned within 3 working days.

As a company, they are fast enough to take your money, but very slow at actioning a return.

I'm currently two weeks into the returns process, and no doubt will have to wait a further two weeks from whenever they actually process the refund to get my money back. Wont be returning as a customer.

I have made a few orders now, each one with hope that the item will be as it looks on the website. Sadly this will be my last. The products have got so much potential but the fabric is so cheap (not reflected in the pricing) sizing and fit is so hit or miss and returns are costly and not very straightforward.

Misleading offers, an app that doesn’t refresh and shows expired offers for weeks and awful customer service reps!! Honestly just avoid it all!!

Poor customer service. I've had 2 orders no problem and the 3rd one was delivered to an address over 400 miles away. But apparently this is my fault! This has been on going since November and they take weeks to respond to anything you send them. I will never order from them again.

Absolutely shocking way to run a business.
Twice I have placed an order during a promotion only to be told over a week later that items have "gone out of stock"

They haven't gone out of stock, you've taken too many orders for the stock you hold and because I refuse to pay extortionate next day delivery charges, my order is left until last.

If it was in stock when I ordered, the stock should be held until my order is processed. Not given to people ordering after me but are willing to pay next day delivery.

You've lost a customer, once is a mistake, Twice shows you don't care about your customer.

Ordered 2 items and collected. Opened package to find one item missing. Took around a week to get a response on email. They said they would send a replacement. No sign of it. I returned the item that came and stated I wanted a refund for both as I never received the second item. Only received 1 refund. Contacted by email but no response. I will have to pay for the item because I used Klarna. I paid £1.99 for deliver then I was charged £2.50 to return! Really awful customer service.

It is really cheeky that ITS still take their £2.50 return handling fee when you have to chase and chase and chase your return for 6 weeks, just what are we paying for? As a self-employed person, ITS has wasted way more than £2.50 of my time and the honorable thing to do would be to refund this charge as well.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS RETAILER! They took money, didnt send the items and then completely impossible to reach a single human being to get my money back. Chat bots, emails just completely ignored apart from automated responses. I am three weeks into chasing my money and still no progress. The fact that this company is entrusted to sell charity merchandise is completely insane. Worst customer service experience I ahve had in years! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Very poor customer services!!!
I purchased 2 pairs of sequined/sparkly leggings from the company. As it was the first time I had ever used their website I ordered 2 sizes because I wasn't sure of their sizing. On receiving the parcel I found them rather large and had to return them.
I returned them both on 1st December. I have still, to this date not received a refund and have emailed several times to enquire about my account. I have only had an automated acknowledgment of my email. Nothing more. I think 3 weeks to receive a refund and no word about it is totally unacceptable. Very disappointed!!!! I will not use this company again.

Customer service is non existent. I’ve always loved perrie Sian ranges but don’t think I’ll be purchasing from in the style again. I ordered 6 items and sent 6 items back and used klarna and they haven’t processed my refund correctly, its showing that I need to pay £40+ when in fact I don’t, I sent every item back. I have tried emailing 3 times, which don’t help, they just send a generic robot email back, and I only got one reply to several emails. And their live chat is ridiculous. I’ve tried about 6 times and always been about 30+ in the queue, then tells me it’s disconnected and go right to the beginning again. I have had to raise an issue with klarna to try and help because in the style are non existent.
