Tricia(Crystal Peaks Sheffield) did a fantastic job cleaning my Pandora bracelet and charms. They hadn't been worn for some time and were literally black. They came up like new. Tricia went out of her way to advise on how best to store the bracelet. She gave me a free jewellery cleaning cloth, which she didn't have to do. Excellent service ,Tricia is passionate and takes pride in her work. Fabulous definitely recommend and will go back. 🤗 Thank you Tricia.

I've just received absolutely magnificent and incredibly swift service from Charlie at Golden Square, Warrington. Our new little dog decided to chew my leather watch strap this morning and as a previous customer of yours, at your Warrington stall, I knew you'd be able to provide and fit (re-using the existing buckle) a new well priced strap. I was blown away that it took Charlie under 5 minutes, whilst I waited, to sort it out. Thanks so much. 5 Star treatment. I would recommend you to all.

I googled to find a company to resize a ring for me and it came up with In Time I checked the reviews and decided they were just what I was looking for the whole process was very easy to do...I was kept informed every step of the way and my ring even came back to me polished...I am delighted with this company and would highly recommend them...

Whilst passing the Sunderland branch I called in to enquire about jewellery cleansers and was given a good explanation from Derek the specific cleaner/brushes required. Whilst given a demonstration of the free cleaning service and the seeing the results I purchased both the items at a reasonable price, and the wife also got another couple of items cleansed free of charge whilst we were there. Jewellery sparkling again :) Great friendly, fast and professional service.

Sent my mother's wedding ring in for repair/resizing after filling in an online repair form, paid and sent it in. Received an email refunding half the cost as I had incorrectly measured the ring.
The ring was repaired to a very high standard and returned within a few days.

Caught my platinum wedding ring on a door! Resulting in an uncomfortable miss shape! Found In-Time online, sent them a photo and asked for a reshape and polished. Communications excellent with emails telling me they recieved the ring, when it left them and when i would expect it - all within 1 week. Ring came back circular and bright - looks brand new. I wouldnt hesitate in using the team agin and throughly recommend them. As i said the custer service is second to none.!

Excellent service from the Aberdeen branch in Union Square Shopping Centre. Neil reduced the size of my expanding bracelet watch after another store said it would be too difficult. Not only that, he did this in under half an hour! Highly recommend.

I broke an Armani watch which was the last thing my late mother bought me for my 50th birthday. The glas shattered and the watch stopped working, I tried various High Street outlets with no joy. I was very wary about using a company found on line but "In Time" were brilliant from start to finish and when I received my watch it was cleaned and perfect.

Picked from the Web but excellent, really first class service for watch service and repair. Sensible quote, regular email contact on progress, timing and return delivery. Refreshing to find a Company that obviously prides itself on customer service.

Called at the Sunderland branch this afternoon when my watch bracelet came apart. A securing pin had failed and when the gentleman began to replace it he found that another two pins became loose. He suggested that they be replaced and at the same time, offered to clean the bracelet for me.
Without his attention to detail, I could have easily lost the watch at some point without realising. It was only my tight jacket sleeve cuff that retained the watch this time.

I had been looking for a Jewellers to rhodium plate my wedding rings. When I contacted In time watch and Jewellery repairs, they got back to me with a quote quickly and were very helpful with informing me of each step along the way. The whole process only took about a week and they look good as new. I am very pleased and definitely recommend them. Thank you.

I used to go to the In-Time in our local Debenhams but that's now closed, so I sent my watch to them instead. I am delighted with the service I received - they fixed the strap on my 23-year-old Rotary watch and cleaned it too, it looks as good as new. I thought the price was very reasonable.
