London watch spot Reviews

Thank to Dara for the professional but personal service I received, from initially asking him to source my new Daytona to meeting him and picking it up from the office.
I would definitely recommend London Watch Spot for your next (or first) watch purchase.

Dara was such a lovely guy, helpful and very professional. Will certainly use his company again. 10 out of 10 for a fantastic experience.

Dara made the process of buying enjoyable, simple and relaxed. I enjoyed learning about the watch and the photos he sent over made the decision process easy. Service was fast and safe and the watch is in perfect condition. Thank you. Highly recommend

Great service from Dara contacted him about a Sky Dweller and he managed to source it very quick. Went out of his way to help.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and use him again.

I recently purchased a nearly new Submariner from Dara. Due to where I live the purchase was done completely remotely. Straight away from my initial inquiry I felt at ease dealing with Dara and he was extremely knowledgable but there was no heavy sell at all. I asked for several different photos and he sent me videos and photos of everything I asked for. The watch arrived, very securely packaged, just as I was expecting and I’m delighted with the purchase. I would highly recommend using Dara to source a new watch with confidence.

Contacted Dara after seeing his reels on socials. Really helpful and worked wonders to find me the Rolex Ghost that I was after at a great price and gave me strong prices for the Rolex I had to p/x. Will definitely use Dara again in the future.

A great experience from start to finish, very personal service and attention to detail. Felt in better hands than some AD’s I’ve dealt with. Great knowledge and understanding of the watch market.

I recently purchased a Patek Philippe 6007G-011 from Lanes Watch Shop in Brighton, and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked through the door, the team demonstrated a level of professionalism, passion, and expertise that truly set them apart.

They took the time to walk me through every detail of the watch, offering genuine insight without any pressure. Their knowledge of high-end timepieces is outstanding, and it’s clear they care deeply about matching each customer with the perfect piece. The communication was seamless, the presentation immaculate, and the overall service felt personal and tailored.

What impressed me most was their attention to detail and their commitment to making the experience special. Every question was answered thoughtfully, every step handled with care, and the staff created an atmosphere that was both welcoming and deeply knowledgeable. It’s rare to find a shop where you feel equally valued whether you’re exploring or making a significant purchase, but Lanes achieves exactly that.

I couldn’t be happier—not only with the Patek Philippe 6007G-011 itself, which is a masterpiece—but with the exceptional service and hospitality I received. Lanes Watch Shop has earned my full trust, and I will absolutely return for future additions to my collection.

Highly recommended to anyone seeking premium watches with truly first-class service.

Brought some nice jewellery, would definitely recommend, very friendly and honest

Exceptional service, had nothing but a smooth and pleasant time with Lanes watch shop! I was sourced a 2025 pair of him and hers Rolex’s. Dara was nothing but professional and kept up good contact with me the whole time

I recently purchased a watch from Lanes Watch Shop, and my experience from start to finish was great. They sourced the watch (which was a quick process) and when it arrived it was exactly as described, securely packaged and perfect condition.

I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality timepiece and excellent service.

Darra at Lanes watch shop has always been top tier. I bought a Datejust 41 him and it was spot on!
