Recently bought a watch through 247 Kettles and Harvey helped me with everything. The whole process was really smooth and straightforward. He was very helpful, easy to deal with and answered any questions I had without any issues. Made an enquiry on Saturday that was picked up by Harvey who was brilliant from start to finish.

I needed to collect today, so he made time for me last minute and ensured the watch was ready for collection.

Prior to collecting he sent me a detailed video of the watch and also highlighted a couple of very small hairline scratches (they were barely noticeable) and ensured I was happy to take the watch without a polish (which I was).

He also said that with 247 kettles your first watch polish, when needed, is free, which is something I’ve never previously been offered by any other dealer and will certainly make the most of!

I collected the watch today as agreed and again that was incredibly quick and hassle free.

The watch is beautiful and I cannot thank Harvey and 247 kettles enough!
