My first purchase from Swiss Timepieces is a Tudor Black Bay 58 GMT. The watch arrived quickly and was well packaged. The watch was described as mint and is immaculate... as new. Communication from Sam and the team was faultless.

See my previous review - for my collection I recently purchased a 2022 Rolex gold bluesy watch from Swiss Timepieces described as immaculate and it was indeed immaculate. So impressed with the watch I thought it needs its companion - a 2022 Rolex bi-metal bluesy. Luckily, Swiss Timepieces had that watch on their website described as unworn. It was no surprise to me that it was pristine - not a mark on it. Good price too.

Fantastic service I couldn’t believe how quickly my Rolex was sold. I visited the office in Kendal where the sales executive Kyle assured me the sale wouldn’t take long. 3 weeks later the money was in my bank account, I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

This was my first step into the luxury watch market . From start to finish , they help me pick the right watch. The watch was in excellent condition with all box papers and both swig tags . Nice and pleasant atmosphere and we were really well looked after .

They did everything they said they would do in an orderly and timely manner. They were also prepared to move the price to stimulate more activity in a fairly slow market, without suggesting unnecessary discounts. I felt that despite the fact it did take a little longer than originally anticipated to make the sale, they had everything under control at all times.

I have just sold one of my watches to SwissTimepieces and hands down it was the smoothest and most seamless business transaction I have ever made!!
Sam and their team consistently showcased the upmost level of professionalism and customer care throughout the process. Every email sent to them with questions was always swiftly and carefully answered with great clarity and attention to detail . I signed the agreement online on a Thursday and , they immediately arranged for a next day collection of item, which happened on a Friday. My watch was delivered at their showroom for inspection at 13:30 on the following Monday and by 15:50 same day, payment had been received in my nominated account.
