LBJ Watches Reviews

I bought an Omega Seamaster from LBJ earlier today. Luke was top class, very welcoming and informative. His passion for watches is clear! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a watch.

This was my second time dealing with LBJ Watches. The first time was buying my first Rolex - a fantastic customer experience.

This time round I was selling a watch - Luke, Harrison and the team were very helpful.

LBJ are a great business - if you are buying a watch or selling a watch - they will look after you!

Having spent several weeks searching the internet for a 2026 Bruce Wayne and a reputable dealer, I finally decided on LBJ. It was evident from the excellent communication from Harrison that I had no need to worry and I finally committed to purchasing the watch. Throughout Harrison has been very professional and offered sound advice. The watch has been received and was everything I was expecting and matched the advertised details completely. A first class service and I have no hesitation in recommending LBJ.

Fantastic service from LBJ Watches.

Harrison has helped me massively on two occasions now when buying Rolex watches, and I genuinely couldn’t fault the experience. His communication throughout has been excellent — always responsive, helpful and straightforward — and the level of service has been first class.

Both watches have been exactly as described and of fantastic quality. Buying a Rolex is a significant purchase, so dealing with someone you can trust makes a huge difference.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Harrison and LBJ Watches, and I’ll certainly be using them again in the future.

The communication from Luke and Harrison was first class, they did everything exactly as discussed and calmed my caution about buying a GMT that I hadn’t seen, from a business I hadn’t visited- the watch arrived exactly as promised and was in ‘as-new’ condition, a beautiful looking watch, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use LBJ again

I recently sold a watch to LBJ Watches and was extremely impressed with the level of customer service. Harrison and Luke were both professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.
They clearly explained each step, answered any questions we had, and made the whole transaction completely seamless. The sale was completed within minutes, making the experience both straightforward and stress-free.

I would highly recommend LBJ Watches to anyone looking to sell or buy a watch. Excellent service from start to finish!

First time buying a nice watch and after speaking to Harrison he made everything very relaxing and easy going. Even after the purchase I was able to go speak to him because I wanted a link adjusted again on the bracelet and nothing was too much for him to do for me. Great service would buy another watch from Harrison and LBJ Watches again.

Luke and the gang took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and offered helpful advice without being pushy.
Engagement from start to finish was excellent. Luke was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and totally professional.
He was great to confide in and took the stress out of the buying experience.
I’m absolutely delighted with my purchase and would highly recommend LBJ Watches to anyone looking for great service, honesty and expertise.

Just a genuine honest company who does what they say they are going to do, purchased a high value Rolex today dealt with Harrison and met Harvey to collect fantastic experience thank you

Exceptional service from Harrison at LBJ Watches. I’ve now made two purchases, and both experiences have been excellent from start to finish.

Harrison also sourced a particular watch I’d been looking for, and the watches from both orders arrived in exceptional condition, exactly as described.

Communication and service throughout were first-class, and he was even kind enough to include a gift with my orders, which was a really nice touch.

A genuinely great buying experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from LBJ Watches again. Highly recommended.

I have dealt with LBJ on more than one occasion and expect to do so again. They are a joy to do business with and Harrison deserves a special mention.

Made initial contact by email to book a video appointment. Slight mix up with the booking system, but soon rectified with a phone call from Harvey. He was very patient and thorough showing me the watch on video. Answered all questions and knowledge was good on the history of the watch. All in all the whole process from start to finish was smooth and painless. Information on carrier was presented and arrived perfectly on time. Watch was as described with all documents, warranty etc. I would definitely contact for my next purchase when the time comes. Thank you. 👍🏻

After I had left an initial enquiry, Harrison made contact and helped from there. Very professional and very knowledgeable on everything I needed.

Amazing service as always with LBJ watches - Luke and Harrison were a pleasure to deal with.

The exact experience you would hope for.
