Great service. Given an honest outline of the process and timescales right from the start along with how everything is costed. Got my estimate in good time which was lower than expected. My watch is now back with me looking like new.
Very quick response to one query I made and great communication about the return of my watch. Be aware that the process takes some time but this seems to be the same for all repairers and Luxe ensured I was aware of the time it would take right from the start. First class service, thank you guys.

Arif at Luxe Watches looked after us today and he was great. Had a few experiences with watch dealers over the years. These guys are very professional, very welcoming, and they know their watches. They only deal with factory watches and parts. The showroom in Epping is stunning. Highly recommend these guys for sure. I will be back.

Incredible service at Lux watches took my Cartier watch to have a new battery and be resealed for my holiday and it was back to me within a few days looking like New they had even cleaned it for me. Highly recommend.

I purchased the Omega Seamaster 007 Commander’s Watch Limited Edition from Luxe Watches. I am extremely pleased with both the watch and the high level of service I received. The wrist-piece is beautiful and the entire process was smooth and seamless from start to finish. Engagement was excellent throughout; Arif was friendly, exceptionally helpful and his knowledge put me completely at ease throughout. The watch, box, papers and all contents were delivered on time and exactly as described. Highly recommended. And a good price as well !

Had a brilliant experience with Luxe Watches. I was on holiday when I suddenly realised my watch insurance had expired, proper panic moment. I gave them a call expecting to wait the couple of days mentioned in their email, but they turned around a full valuation certificate in literally 10 minutes. No messing about, just got it done.

Honestly, that quick turnaround meant I could get my watch insured straight away instead of stressing about it being unprotected. Can’t fault the service at all. If you need a valuation done and you’re in a pinch, these guys come through. Definitely recommend them.
