Really great experience - love the Nolte product. Team took onboard our design ideas and showed us alternative options which worked really well both as part of the overall project and within the budget parameters we have in place.

Great experience from start to finish from both Chris & Helen. Design process was interesting & easy with great knowledge and guidance. All of the project management went very smoothly. Great quality product and wow - what a kitchen we have now. Would definitely recommend both the Nolte product & in-toto Kitchens Southport.

In-toto Southport: Chris worked with us to find our perfect kitchen design for a wheelchair user, that didn't look like a 'disabled' kitchen. He was super efficient, friendly and understanding. He really listened to what we needed and came up with suggestions and a number of ideas to get it looking just right as well as being functional. He did all this from a distance (we were living overseas at the time we got in touch with In-toto and the pandemic meant we could travel across to Southport more than one occasion) via Zoom, WhatsApp, email and phone calls. He liased with our builder and visited the site on several occasions before, during and after the fit, sending us regular photos and updates. When we first saw the kitchen it was like walking into the design drawings. Exactly as it was presented to us 'on screen'. We can't thank him enough. The kitchen is perfect, contemporary, accessible and a pleasure to be in. So many companies look at an accessible kitchen as just being functional (and often clinical), but Chris gave us something extremely stylish as well as practical. We have been looked after so well by Chris and Helen at In-toto Southport. Can't recommend them highly enough.

We were looking for a German style kitchen and I came across Nolte. I downloaded a brochure and was contacted by Seth from the Stratford Upon Avon branch who invited my family and I to the showroom. Seth was very welcoming and explained each kitchen option/style and features to us ensuring we understood the possible options we could achieve for our dream bespoke kitchen. He was very knowledgeable and we could see that he is very passionate about his role throughout the whole process. Within a few days Seth had created a design and after some slight alterations and recommendations from Seth we agreed on an amazing design which my whole family loves. Seth is a brilliant kitchen designer and has great attention to detail. Seth has been great with updates throughout the design process and has gone above and beyond to ensure we were all happy and meeting our budget. I definitely recommend In-toto Kitchens Stratford Upon Avon, the quality is like no other and the service provided by Seth has been truly amazing.

I walked in to the showroom in Stratford upon Avon with a simple enquiry and then began an exciting week leading to our new kitchen. Seth was courteous and willing to listen, giving creative and professional advice from his wealth of knowledge. He seemed to understand our situation and patiently answered all the questions that arose once we embarked on the formal planning stage. He gave us plenty of time, was patient when we changed our ideas and added the inspiration and flair that made the consultations so enjoyable.
This is a big project for us and we are so pleased that we quickly felt we could trust Seth. He made the technical and financial aspects clear and we now look forward to the actual realization of a new kitchen in about 3 months time, having reached this point in only a week. Really helpful in getting the design right for our new kitchen

If you're just starting out at looking for a new kitchen, then look no further than Intoto! After stumbling across the Nolte product while reading reviews for an alternative kitchen designer, we decided to find our nearest supplier of this particular kitchen. Initial contact was made and an appointment was scheduled for the same day. We met with the hugely warm and welcoming Seth. We were shown all the options available to us and Seth clearly demonstrated a huge passion for the Nolte products, providing us with an in-depth understanding of how to get the most out of choosing our kitchen. Seth very quickly acknowledged and understood the kind of kitchen of we were looking for and got to work straight away designing and planning a brand new kitchen and utility room. He kept us updated at nearly every step of the design, suggesting ideas we hadn't thought of, trying different tones and colours, putting cupboards and appliances in places we perhaps wouldn't of considered. Seth was happy to take all our ideas into consideration and after a week of tweaking and planning our kitchen and utility was finally put to us on a teams call. Not only is it everything and more than we could have ever dreamed of, it looks stunning! The effort and expertise that has been put into this design makes it all the more special. Seth has took away so much stress and frustration out of the whole experience, he's also took on the task of providing the flooring for a new extension and the new kitchen. As we were constantly adding and removing products our fears of the final cost mounted! This was carefully and precisely itemised and we were happily stunned at how affordable our dream kitchen/utility and flooring has turned out to be. Seth did his research and cut costs for us everywhere he possibly could. What more could you ask for when making such a huge purchase?! The service we've been provided with so far has been 5 star! Well done Seth, Intoto are very lucky to have you!

Based on nothing but a few Pinterest images, Abby has (very patiently) anticipated our every need in the design, improving, refining & polishing our ideas over several weeks, to drive out a truly personalised kitchen.
She clearly has a bucket load of experience, and has shown true integrity when making recommendations or quoting up options for us.

A great experience and service - right from beginning to end. We’re absolutely delighted with our new utility room. The quality of the products are great and all the fitters, plumbers, flooring and electricians were great too.

I’ve just ordered my kitchen from Stratford upon Avon branch. It has taken just a week to get from my random collection of ‘must haves’ to my dream kitchen - all within my budget.
Seth, the genius designer, listened, visited my existing kitchen, then turned it on it’s head. He captured everything I wanted in a design which is bold, completely different to what I currently have, gives me more storage, more worktops, a breakfast bar and a social hub for our home. He’s made my kitchen feel bigger and more open than I believed possible. I am so delighted with it.

For context every other company / designer I talked to - and there have been a few - told me what I couldn’t do, where the compromises were and recreated something similar to what I had. Seth has worked magic.

I know this is early in the process but I felt that if you are having challenges creating your dream kitchen, I wanted to share my experience and recommend you talk to In-toto, and if you’re in Stratford talk to Seth.

He paid attention to detail, made the odd tweak to ensure I had exactly what I wanted, and respected my budget, without any pushy sales.

We found at the Exeter branch of in-toto Kitchens, that the attention to detail and the exceptional knowledge of their products, made them a pleasure to deal with. A passion and belief, that they can and will, create an amazing kitchen, just for you, is what puts them above the rest.
Our kitchen is not large, but nothing was too much trouble and although we are not anticipating buying another kitchen, if we ever do, because we move, we shall definitely be returning to see Mike and Julie at Exeter.

The Exeter branch of In-Toto has provided us with exceptional service from day 1. We have sought the expertise and advise of many, perhaps even most, local kitchen companies and this one by far outshone them all. In particular Mike Richards has always gone above and beyond. His knowledge and attention to detail has been invaluable, and we have never had any doubt that he has given our kitchen the attention and thought process that he would have given had it been his own kitchen. He has always been available, helpful and creative in every aspect of kitchen design, be it alternative kitchens, changes in designs, alterations, thinking outside the box, delivery, tradesmen, technical knowledge, alternative products. Literally nothing was too little or too big for him to tackle. He has made what could easily have been a stressful experience an exciting and enjoyable one, knowing we had trust in Mike who still continues to provide a good service for us even though we have already bought and received the kitchen (and are in the process of installing it). I would not hesitate to recommend In-Toto and in particular Mike Richards, who’s many years of experience would benefit any of his customers. Well done and thank you.

Avoid this company. The designer was brilliant, their show rooms are gorgeous, we decided if we were going to have our kitchen the heart of the house we would buy a good quality and bespoke designer kitchen. On arrival of our kitchen it was chipped and damaged. Some materials were wrongly ordered and didn’t fit or were the wrong colour. The fitter was dreadful, no care, no enthusiasm, lack of skills (according to our plumber). The project manager was completely overwhelmed. In the end it took 6 months to reorder some parts, second time they arrived, they were still wrong. In the end the materials were very low quality, had to pay a carpenter to come and fix their mistakes and worst of all the new doors were a slightly different shade and they didn’t do anything about any of the mistakes. Worst 26k I have ever spent and I was heartbroken that after that spend we still didn’t get a finished kitchen. Disgraceful!

I have a small kitchen, which brings more challenges than a big one, in many ways. I chose InToto Weybridge branch because a friend had had a very good experience. I too had a very good experience. This was mainly due to the excellent service from Enza, sales designer, who I was dealing with at InToto. She dealt with everything professionally and swiftly and we now have a lovely kitchen.

Amanda was very helpful and went out of her way to assist with my project.

Very poor quality work. Sink was installed without testing and leaked everywhere. Garden tap was left disconnected. The fridge door opener wasn't installed properly and doesnt work.

Very disorganized. Constantly turning up out of the blue. Took months to install a small 8 unit kitchen. The right stuff was never delivered. And they even made me order my own shelf brackets off Amazon because they don't even know how to put up a couple of shelves.

Lots of damage and mess was made during installation which they made no mention of ever fixing.

And lastly and worstly: they strung us along for a year and have gone into administration without even finishing the job. Leaving me to buy and fit my own dishwasher and over £1000 down.

The director of In Toto is dishonest and dishonourable. He has put In Toto into administration whilst he walks away from all his liabilities. He has strung me along since 11/2019. I have a £70000 unfinished kitchen. He is the director of other kitchen companies and continues to operate. His actions have been nothing short of CRIMINAL. I will be pursuing him directly to recover all damages on a personal level. Others are welcome to contact me to discuss.
For all his companies all with massive liabilities google - Dot Realisatons Ltd and check how many other companies he has ‘killed’ and walked away from millions of pounds of liabilities.

This is being handled by Duff and Phelps who are writing to customers. I've been in contact with them this week following their email and letter and they have been very helpful.
