I had 3 kitchens,utility and kitchenette fitted by Intoto Kitchens,Woking at a project in Sheen that I was developing.There were many teething problems at the start on my side which Hassan and Jake addressed without any issues.There computer imaging,drawings and work ethic is brilliant,nothing seemed to much trouble and I would highly recommend using them!!

I couldn’t be happier with my kitchen from in-toto Tunbridge Wells!! Renovating my flat has been my first project of that type so I was a little apprehensive about embarking on such a journey. The in-toto team were absolutely magnificent! They helped guide me through the process from early planning and conception right through to instillation. They were both energetic and patient in their aim of getting me the kitchen I desired. This included taking the time to work through options to ensure we got the best outcome. The in-toto’s team’s experience and passion for creating beautiful homes played a hugely significant part in me obtaining my dream kitchen.

From the moment we stepped into the In-Toto Woking showroom we were made to feel at ease. Jake was incredibly helpful, professional and worked with us to design our perfect kitchen. We worked together on the layout, explored the range of materials we could use and an idea of the costs. Jake was very patient, never pushy and we loved the 3D designs he created for us. When the building didn’t go to plan, I immediately called Jake and he quickly came up with new ideas and really helped in a stressful situation. I know we wouldn’t have had that from lots of other kitchen designers, but at In-Toto Jake was with us every step of the way. We are so happy with our kitchen, it looks exactly like the pictures! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend In-Toto Woking to anyone!

We ended up with a kitchen that was not as the design sold to us, and we had to wait 12 months for the kitchen to be finished. The worktops took 5 attempts to fit and finish and they are not all the same shade. Intoto do not know the meaning of customer care infact they don’t care. They were attentive at the point of sale, after that I had to chase constantly to get the kitchen completed and there are elements I have had to refit myself to correct poor work.
I would not recommend anyone to buy from this company.

The team at Intoto Woking were fantastic from start to finish. Picking a kitchen can be a daunting task but Intoto helped us through the process and were always on hand for helpful suggestions and advice. Always very responsive, reliable and we have the kitchen of our dreams. The installation team were also very good and they didn't leave until the kitchen was perfect. Thank you for everything and we would highly recommend using Intoto for any kitchen project!

We recently purchased a new kitchen, including all appliances, from Intoto in Woking and have been delighted with the outcome. All the staff were incredibly friendly, professional and efficient from start to finish. We visited the showroom on various occasions and communicated on a regular basis by phone and e-mail to ensure that the final design met all our requirements. Nothing was too much trouble, despite many changes and tweaks at our request along the way. Since installation, Emily has been in touch to ensure that we were happy with the final result and was eager to resolve a couple of minor snagging issues that had arisen in the interim which are now sorted. Many thanks to Emily, Hassan and Gavin for guiding us through such a bewildering array of options!

We had our home renovated ten years ago and chose an In-toto kitchen. As a retired couple, it gets gentle wear, but after six years the laminate on all the cupboard doors started to blister and peel off. The showroom where I bought the kitchen has closed, and I contacted In-toto to explain the problem and sent photographs. Apparently the kitchen is guaranteed for 5 years, they acknowledged the doors were peeling and faulty and offered to replace them at my cost. Why would I want to actually BUY another set of doors from In-toto after such a short time? Other showrooms were appalled that no one came out to look at my kitchen.
The kitchen may have looked nice, but ours was shoddy poor workmanship.

Superb contemporary premium quality kitchens and great service from a professional and courteous team.

We visited In-toto in Woking for some discussions on our new Kitchen Plans and never looked back.
Jake put together some great ideas and never lost sight of the original concept we envisaged.

Jake also made some helpful minor adjustments on the Appliance Spec,' to get the final Kitchen to meet our Budget, but the whole Design never lost its intent.

Now everything has been installed, we could not be more delighted with the finish and Service we received. Hassan came to Site and made sure everything worked and that any little gremlins were sorted. Always a great attitude from the Installers and Management Team.

A fantastic Kitchen Company and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Louis and the team provided excellent support in designing and fitting our new kitchen. Great attention to detail and standard of finish is wonderful.

When we decided to invest in a new kitchen we really did not have a clear idea of what we were looking for. With Chris and Helen’s help we were able to consider a wide range of styles, products and finishes. Our choices were brought to life via the planning software and immediately the guesswork element from the process was removed. We made the initial choice of colour and finish, then Chris brought the whole design together with finishing touches such as complimentary accents, innovative splash back and a quite bold wall colour.

Having decided on the design, the work was then carried out in a thoroughly professional manner. The fitting team did a fantastic job with all installation elements.

We have no hesitation in recommending In-toto Southport, in fact if we ever replace the kitchen again, we wouldn’t go anywhere else!

We spent over £30K on a an intoto kitchen, after two years some of the laminate doors started bubbling. I called in-toto who told me they had gone into receivership and then started as a new company but would not honour the warranty. I'd avoid at all cost..

Excellent service.

Chris at In-toto Southport understood my brief of exactly what I wanted as a Kitchen and he was very patient and happy to collaborate with me on a number of designs to end up with what I had envisioned.
The installation was on time and within the allocated timescale and fitter Mark was very professional, polite and a perfectionist which gave me confidence and security that the finished product would be of exacting quality and standards.
The whole process from start to finish was enjoyable and stress-free, exactly what it should be!
I would definitely choose In-toto Southport again and can highly recommend.

It has taken In-toto almost a year to install my new kitchen, and the process has been incredibly frustrating. Having spoken with three different managers, I have been disappointed by the response times and the final fit isn't great. A cupboard plinth has been put on back to front; another split from being hammed in! The hob and extractor fan are of poor quality; the kitchen fitters craftmanship questionable with the floor needing to be re-tiled after 6months. For the 1000's I have spent, I feel like finish just isn't good enough. An IKEA kitchen I had at a previous property was more robust for 1/2 the price. I will choose more wisely next time and definitely avoid In-toto.

I had my new kitchen installed by Woking in-toto. we have used them before in another property about 9 years ago. Based on that experience we were happy to use them again.
Hussan the project manger, visited discussed our requirements and made recommendations as to what would suit our requirements.
Kevin the electrician and his team with Ryan were top notch adding the extras we required, also having a strong working knowledge of up to date extras such as sound systems appropriate to our kitchen,
Danny and his team, again very good. giving alternatives to managing tricky situation such as moving pipes and creating a way to have extractor fan to outside wall.
all workers turned up on time and completed work in a timely manner. my home was left clean and tidy after each days work.
Hassan kept in regular contact and visited the project on a regular basis,

Spent Quite bit of money to get a new Kitchen from
Intoto from one of their branches in Northwood Hills. In less than a year, the kitchen started falling apart due to poor build quality. The hinges of the shutters came apart and some spring door holders broke. The Intoto branch in the mean time, shut shop and vanished. Seeing that they have multiple other branches, when we contacted them, we were advised that there is nothing they can do. Why would anyone spend thousands of pounds to get no service or support. We are only 10 months into installing the new kitchen.

Definitely avoid them....,

Thanks for your response and I am glad that Trust Pilot doesn’t allow you to pursue taking down of customers honest opinion and feedback. I am also glad that we are having this conversation on an open platform.

Instead of resolving a customer issue, you actively pursued in the background to have reviews and feedback removed from other review platforms.

And yes, I did get it fixed, but I am
Certainly not happy as the shutters could not be fixed on the same end as the screws did not hold onto the poor density of the carcasses. The shutters now open on the opposite end.

Firstly, regarding the issue itself, I have to highlight that I flagged the loosening of hinges in March 2018 (10 months after purchasing) when the warranty period that you incorrectly claim is only for the initial sell.

Secondly, as per your advice, which you took 3 weeks from the date of flagging to get back, I got in two external vendors to look at and they both confirmed that the loosening of the hinges is due to the poor quality of the carcasses, especially the loose density of grains in the carcasses. As demonstrated in the pictures I have sent, there is no rough ripping of the hinges. The screws for the hinges simply fell out as the density of the carcasses isn’t tight enough to hold the hinges.

If you term normal opening and shutting as excessive and repetitive force, then the products are certainly of poor quality.

I am not sure why I would get back to your letter dates 19th March when all the letter said was that you cannot help and that I had to get it fixed externally. All I can say is, you position your self as a premium kitchen provider and charge a premium over other kitchen providers, but kitchens from cheaper providers have much better carcasses.
