I have found communications from Investec helpful and straightforward. Their interest rates are good and I’ve been very happy with my experience to date.

I simply transferred funds plus interest to a new account with the same provider.
It was done on line and went smoothly.

Easy to renew online. Shame about interest rate drop since 1st investing though.

Provided an excellent service overall. Detail and explanations thoroughly delivered and understood. Very patient and helpful by friendly staff.

Easy to set up. Given plenty of notice on maturity instructions. Easy to understand online portal. Good interest rates.

As a previous Investec customer the process of opening a new account was very straightforward and easy. All the information I needed was immediately available and readily accessible. Communication from Investec regarding my new account was clear and speedy.

I find the dashboard a very clear and accessible way of getting information. Please don’t change it! So often websites are poorly laid out and as a 77 year old with poor eyesight, a clear and accessible website is enormously helpful

Clear competitive rates and options

I wanted an easy to use, trustworthy organisation, and reasonably high interest rate for money I was investing for a short period eg 1yr. Investec seem to have a good reputation and have provided a good service and return for the last couple of years. Their email notifications and options at end of term are good and easy to negotiate. Web site is good although it is easy to get the wrong one eg Investec Bank instead of Investec Savings. Different logins seem unnecessary.

Investec are so easy to deal with, their products are not just competitive but leading and the whole process is easily available remotely online. All associated communications are clear, timely, and supportive.

I have had investments with Investec for several years. They are very efficient and their staff on the phone are always very helpful.

Very straightforward with the online Dashboard as good as it gets. Well laid out easy to view and interact with although I have a one year bond so that is limited to the end of term or beginning. If I had the money I would consider investing more but can't have everything

Open a new bond, when you have an existing bond. This is a great feature as some providers make it hard work!!

On line access is relatively simple and I am happy with the returns on my investment.

I am not only pleased with my rate of interest but I found the the completion of the necessary documentation and money transfer to be very straightforward.

Experience was very good overall, with reminders etc for top up investment of funds.
