My Experience with Investn.ai – A Cautionary Tale
I invested $7,500 with Investn.ai on October 31, 2025, based on assurances that their algorithmic trading system would pass multiple APEX prop firm accounts and generate a stable monthly income. Unfortunately, my experience did not align with these expectations.
The service was marketed as a reliable, automated trading solution with the potential to earn $20,000–$40,000 monthly through passed prop firm challenges. However, the system failed to pass any of the 40 APEX challenges I paid for, and I was not issued a refund or compensation for these failed attempts.
Despite contacting the company for clarification and support, I was unable to get meaningful assistance or accountability. The expectations set by their marketing and sales materials were significantly misaligned with the actual service provided.
I have since engaged legal counsel to explore the possibility of recovering my funds due to what I believe was a misrepresentation of the service's capabilities and terms.
While I cannot advise others what to do, I strongly encourage anyone considering Investn.ai to do thorough due diligence and exercise caution. In my opinion, the platform did not deliver on its promises, and it has caused financial and emotional stress.

The payment referenced was for software licensing and technology services, not an investment. InvestN.AI does not accept, hold, or manage client funds, and we do not guarantee income, profits, or trading results.
The software was used in connection with third-party prop firm evaluations, which are governed entirely by the prop firm’s rules, risk limits, and approval criteria. These firms operate independently, and InvestN.AI does not control or guarantee prop-firm challenge outcomes. This is disclosed upfront in our agreements and onboarding materials.
The reviewer did not complete the full contractual evaluation period outlined in the signed agreement. Despite this, we approved a good-faith resolution and have cooperated fully through the appropriate payment dispute process, which remains approved on our end.
We have remained responsive and transparent throughout and have provided documentation when requested by third parties.
