Invictus Flooring Reviews

Great products and carpet which is softer than words can describe. Great customer service too. Andrew Young from customer support is exemplary in his role. I only buy their carpets as they look beautiful and last for a very long time. Thanks Invictus and thank you Andrew.

Extremely happy with our LVT flooring. We had it fitted 5 years ago on the whole of our downstairs floor. Since having it fitted, we've had 2 young children. The flooring is still in a great condition despite all of the spills and things dropped on the floor. A durable floor which looks expensive. We would recommend 👍🏽

We deal with about 30 carpet and hard flooring companies. I can honestly say that after being an Amtico retailer for 27 years we made the switch to Invictus and I rate it as one of my very best business decisions. Invictus are fantastic in every single department. Steph and Abby are great in the office. James the rep is fantastic and deliveries are on time every time. Then comes the product. Excellent value for money with zero comprise on quality. The colour bank is carefully put together to the taste of the current U.K. trends and is enhanced regularly. In our first year we have sold several thousand sqm and we still await our first problem ( I am touching wood 🪵 ). I wish I had changed several years ago. Now it’s goodbye Amtico and Welcome Invictus. We made the step up !! 😊

We had invictus maximus dryback flooring through the ground floor of our house not soon after gaps started to appear . Floor layer came back too refit and has happened again what is going on with this flooring .

We purchased the invictus herringbone LVT paid nearly £5 k for it to a local supplier ( shop)
days and weeks following the fitting the floor was coming apart gaps big enough to put a 2 pence piece on end in them all over the floor, that goes from porch in through hallway the into lounge and kitchen area

Marks and scratches now very visible on the floor and after a appointed inspector came to visit taking measurements of the gaps etc ( I presume ) and pictures, he left, and we never heard from him again nor were we privy to any report, the floor itself isn’t hard wearing and our floor is scratched and marked, contrary to the invincible features and performance level for wear and tear of invictus LVT as we were told when we agreed to purchase it, compared to amtico and karndean I think it’s called. This is inferior or a faulty batch has been overlooked and we have been unlucky who knows. we never heard from Invictus no matter how many times I tried to speak to them we got nowhere.

This company is simply dreadful. Our apparently near indestructible lvt flooring has been ruined by scratches. We were misold the Norwegian barrel lvt as a product that can be used in a commercial setting it's that durable. We had an independent surveyor come out who reviewed the scratches honestly and the review was that chairs had scratched the floor. But no explanation for why other areas were scratched. When speaking to a member of staff at invictus, she said in a shocked tone 'you should be able to take a knife to the floor and it not scratch.' this floor is cheap and I feel does not comply with the British standards for scratching. The company advertises this brand of floor as 'offers excellent wear resistance and durability and makes them suited for heavy commercial use such as care, hospitality, office and retail' this is a complete lie and within 6 months I have scratches all over this overpriced rubbish. Scratches are not only where lightly used protected furniture is but this floor has also succumbed to scratches by my 'heavy commercially used' .... CHIHUAHUA. this floor was sold as 'they use this stuff in shops you won't ever scratch it don't worry about the dogs.' also advertised as pet friendly... surprisingly they still will not accept liability. Ruined my kitchen.
So to conclude, my flooring that has been sold with the tagline 'great flooring and invincible performance' and 'benefits from scratchmaster. This top layer will make your luxury vinyl floor withstand busy family life with kids and pets'. Well... I have pets and a newborn baby who spends zero time on the floor.... Within 6 months this floor has barely withstood the wind.
