I wish I could get a better review. However I have not received my item or a tracking number. I have emailed and tried calling, so far I have not heard anything. My item was marked as dispatched on the 26th of September. I cannot track it, I have no idea where it is. Could someone please get in contact with me?

This is so frustrated. I placed my order on 07 Sep and today is 15th Sep but haven’t received any tracking number. The status is only on its way for a week and expected delivery date is 15th Sep but I haven’t received anything.

I tried to contact by phone, email, got no responses at all. This is so frustrated. I don’t know how long I need to wait more

Hi I bought an elbow strap from Izzy support. I had great service and an excellent strap.

I ordered 2 cold laser red light panels, 1 for me, 1 as a gift. They were supposed to be delivered by 2 days ago. No tracking given, no parcel delivered, no reply on the telephone and no response on email. I wrote my review here and then had a response on email saying that the items had been delivered I hadn't received anything so was still concerned. It turns out that my neighbour had taken delivery and Royal mail had forgotten to put a card through the door. I was called by one of the senior managers,Spencer, who apologised for the series of mishaps, so have changed my review to positive. It seems a glitch in the system has caused my concern. Hopefully Royal mail will leave a card next time

I’m absolutely delighted with this infrared hair growth helmet! Since I started using it, I’ve noticed a significant reduction in hair shedding, and my hair growth seems to have accelerated as well. I’m very happy with the results so far and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a way to support healthier, stronger hair.

I also highly recommend Inzys as a company. Their team is extremely professional, reliable, and prompt when responding to customers. It’s great to receive such positive and attentive customer service.

I would especially like to thank Stacey, who helped me so much and made everything so easy.

Hi all, my delivery was a little late, and I was worried in case it had been left elsewhere as I had lost my tracking number .But I emailed Emma at customer service, and she put my mind at ease immediately and got my order sorted . Great customer service and great product. I ordered the red light therapy cap . Only had it a few days, so hopefully, it works as it has amazing reviews.

I ordered the red light therapy belt. I was very impressed and satisfied by the customer service and the product I received, high quality with next day delivery. It has been significantly effective in helping with back issues that I have been experiencing for a few years now. Highly recommend. A must have product for pain relief.

They have the nerve to question whether my experience with their company was genuine ... I have a full evidence in emails and happy to share it if needed.
I've ordered on their website an item which was supposed to be ' Cold Laser Red Light Therapy Cap for Hair Growth' , but what I've received is a very low quality ,made in China
LED PHOTON VIBRATIONS HAIR CAP which is nowhere near to what I ordered .
They weren't answering their phone number provided, so I had sent a few emails before getting the answer back. They admitted they had sent me a wrong thing, so now I'd have to wait for their next batch to arrive and to be sent to me.
I asked for the refund as I have every right to it and that's when their communication with me stopped.. So they happy to take the money , send a crappy cheap thing in hope the customer won't notice the difference . This is unacceptable.
Today they finally responded and made it clear the return process (which I shouldn't pay for as they sent me a wrong thing ) and refund WOULD BE CONDITIONAL TO REMOVING MY BAD REVIEW OF THEM.
Their last OFFER WAS TO REFUND ME ONLY 50% OF AMOUNT I PAID AND I COULD KEEP THIS LOW QUALITY PRODUCT, THEY WRONGLY SENT ME BUT EVEN THIS WOULD BE CONDITIONAL TO REMOVING THE NEGATIVE REVIEW (!)
Now they are silent and hope I'll give up on getting my money back .
I find it highly unprofessional and unethical. Trading standards is the next step for me .

Emma quickly came back with a concise answer to my query so that I didn't need to get in touch again. She was friendly, helpful and informative and is a credit to the company. Very, very happy with her customer service!

Emma responded to the problem with my handheld laser device. She is sending me a replacement. I really appreciate this calibre of customer service. When I emailed Inzys I wasn't sure I would get a positive response. I am now confident I am dealing with a company that cares for their customers. So much so that I have ordered something else from them and am planning on getting another device later on.

I have recently made a second purchase from Inzy's. The item arrived, but the plug was incorrect. Emma from customer service was absolutely fantastic, answered my email in a timely fashion, and dispatched the item I needed to be able to use the new product within 24 hours after communicating about the missing item! ;o)
I would not hesitate to recommend Inzy's products along with the great customer service thrown in! ;o) Thank you, Emma.

I purchased from this company but unfortunately had to return the item on medical grounds before I had even opened it. Spencer assisted me with my return and expidited my return, which I have not received yet but hope to soon. Spencer was very prompt to reply to emails, very polite and professional.

I haven't received my item yet, just ordered, but I cannot rate the service of the team. I had many questions and they guided me with the best option and were so helpful. A rare quality to find such a great support team.

The Order process was quick and smooth, and the staff are very helpful they really care for their customers to help manage pain.

Very good company to purchase from and fab customer service from Emma.
Unfortunately when the item arrived I realised it was not suitable for me, and when I contacted Customer Service, Emma was extremely helpful and understanding. She understood why I needed to return the item and made sure my return was processed. She told me she would deal with the refund, so I am just now waiting for that.
