Excellent staff, notification means should be improved
Excellent, friendly helpful staff. They were patient and made some helpful suggestions.
When I went to collect the specs the person helping was also friendly and helpful
One problem was the notification to let me know my order was ready. No email seemed to have arrived. After 12 days I phoned and a further email was sent, went into spam folder. It might make more sense to notify customers by text so no possibility of any notification going into spam folder

I had to go to the shop for 5 times to…
I had to go to the shop for 5 times to adjust my glasses and I still can’t wear them as I feel a lot of pressure from one side, the manager I spoke with wasn’t very pleasant and just wanted to send me away while the rest of the staff was nice and tried to help. Definitely not getting the other pair as I can hardly wear this one.

Professional friendly and top class service
From the moment I arrived until the day i picked up my glasses, i received the warmest of welcomes from all staff. Everyone in Iolla is super helpful and even the after care is second to none. I highly recommend the Edinburgh St James store.

Lovely brand
Lovely brand. Really happy with my prescription sunglasses. Fit perfectly and it was an easy experience ordering the glasses online - just needed a ruler to follow the measurement guide and uploaded a photo of my prescription. They took just over a week to arrive which was fast! The quality of the glasses are good and not overly expensive. I got a discount as it was my first order and I referred a friend!

Sun glasses and reading glasses
Had sun glasses and reading glasses made, amazing service. Reading glasses delivered to my home fit perfectly. I would highly recommend getting glasses from IOLLA this is my third set and not had a problem with any of them. The staff are very helpful and honest if you need to pick glasses on your own, no pressure from them they give you time to try lots on and are there if you need them.

Amazing
Amazing! Friendly staff, variety in frames, no pressure to buy! And when you do buy, the process is easy and they arrive so quickly - also the price is incredible. I managed to get a pair of prescription glasses and sunglasses for less than what I was quoted for one pair at a high street opticians.

Pleased with my purchase
The staff were friendly and helpful and there was a good range of styles to choose from. The ones I chose are comfortable and I'm very pleased with them. The time taken for them to be ready once ordered was as advised at the time of ordering.
