The service is easy to use, such good prices too. I had ordered one pair but unsuitable and they recommended another pair via email, exchange was easy, communication fabulous and the new glasses arrived within a few days. Compared to other expensive sites, this company beats them all. Will definitely use them again.

Very pleased with the glasses for the price. Quick delivery and good communication on order status

Very easy to do great price and quick delivery . Very impressed excellent service .

Excellent service!

I cannot fault them from the fast turn around, and to a situation of exchanging a pair of glasses where I had ordered incorrectly.

Everything happens quickly and openly.

Thank you.

This is the second time I've ordered from Just Good Glasses, and they delivered on time and to perfection. I had both a reglassed pair of glasses using my old titanium frames and a pair of new reading and distance glasses with their frames for my wife. The turnaround was less than a few days. brilliant quality, Brilliant service, brilliant company

recently used Just Good Glasses to reglaze my favourite frames after my old lenses became badly scratched, and I'm delighted with the result. The whole process was straightforward, the price was excellent, and the quality of the new lenses is fantastic. My glasses look and feel as good as new, which meant I could keep the frames I love without the expense of buying a completely new pair. Great service, great value, and a quick turnaround. Thanks again to the team. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Just Good Glasses to anyone looking for a cost-effective way to refresh their glasses. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Phenomenal service, quality of workmanship & communication all five star. The speed of process and delivery also second to none. Highly recommended. Have used before and definitely use JustGoodGlasses again.

Wow wow wow, received my Snooker glasses in one week, been and played today and what a difference it has made. Hopefully will enjoy this hobby more now 😉 great service and a great price 👌

I bought two pairs of glasses from JustGoodGlasses and absolutely loved them both. Unfortunately, I developed a problem with one of the frames, but I couldn't have asked for better customer service.

They responded quickly, I returned the faulty pair and, amazingly, I received a brand-new replacement **within two days of posting them back**!

Things can occasionally go wrong with any product — for me, the real test of a company is how they deal with it when they do. JustGoodGlasses were brilliant.

That’s what I call excellent customer service! I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
