Very happy with my new glasses. Staff were knowledgeable, pleasant, helpful from dispensing to pick up. They were ready quickly a good choice of appointments, lens, and frames and happy with the cost too, (although I used previously bought frames this time) thanks Sally and Joseph.

The staff are very knowlegeable, helpful and metculous measuring for glasses giving best possible advice always. We have been going to iWarehouse for the past 10 years..

I had some glasses made at Vision express and wasn’t entirely happy with them , to be fair they did say they would give me a refund so before I went down that route I thought I would have a look around . I made an appointment with iwarehouse spectacle factory and I have to say the service was excellent. The gentleman I had the appointment with was very patient and helpful , very easy to talk to and there was no hard sell , infact he encouraged me to give myself a couple of weeks to get used to my existing pair before getting a refund and then if I still wasn’t happy he would be more than happy to make me another appointment and sort me out with a new pair . He was right and I have got used to the pair from Vision express but I will definitely use iwarehouse in the future .

Absolutely amazing service! Took my grand daughter today who has a strong prescription. Specsavers have always been unhelpful and charge me alot of money for her glasses even though she is under 16. We saw Jeanette and she couldn't have been anymore helpful amazing customer service and was ever so kind. My granddaughter was very happy as she now has some designer glasses and a spare pair and we weren't charged for either pair. Definitely recommended. We shall return everytime she needs new glasses!

First rate customer service and very competitive pricing. They hold a good range of frames with fast turn around and expert fitting.
Good advice and nothing is too much trouble for them. I have been a customer for many years now and will return.

Great service and they were able to source my glasses very quickly.

I had an appointment with Leigh, I made it on-line which was easy and convenient. He was very friendly and was able to order me new lens for my existing glasses. These arrived quickly and Leigh was able to change them for me with no problems.

I have had two sets of glasses made at iWarehouse spectacle factory, I have always had varifocals and their lenses always have a wider field of view than I have had from other opticians.would recommend them

God damn it ! ‘THE’ best place to go for top notch service , staff and frame selection.
Back in 2018 I was working in the area. I decided to try out getting my glasses here. I was really chuffed with everything from start to finish. Then that bug thing struck! and I stopped working in the area.
Silly me, nxt time I was due glasses I went to that 2 for 1 place , wasn’t that impressed . Then more glasses were due and I stupidly went there again ! Even less impressed.
Glasses time round again and I had a lightbulb moment …yes , go to warehouse 😃. Of I go from Norwich and what do I get ? The same brilliant , super duper , spot on service. I’m NOT going anywhere else again ever .
Thank you iwarehouse you are the best from the time you walk through the door to when you walk out wearing your new specs. Worth driving from Norwich for 👏👍🏻
