Do NOT use this company

They lost our car key and did not move the car from where we originally dropped it off. We have to pay to replace the car key, get out of the car park and they have offered us nothing as compensation. This may cost us over £1000.

PLEASE PLEASE !! Do not use this company , also known as FLYAWAY ! My car never left the short term car park , it was left unlocked ,my husband and I spent 11 hours at Gatwick trying to get the company to come with my keys and to get us out of the car park. The man on the phone kept promising to come , we'd landed at 01.30am , at 6am he told me they couldn't find my keys , that they must be in the office which didn't open until 10am ! to cut a long horrendous story short , our son in law had to bring my spare car key which isa drive of two hours , they still didn't come with a ticket to get us out , and I had to pay £350 to exit car park , it should have been £700 but NPC discount third party parking companies cars by 50% , which makes me believe they are in on the scam.

Awful company - avoid at all costs

Awful company that needs its license revoked. Wait time for your car is about three hours (no I’m not exaggerating). Some people’s cars were left with the keys on the roof, others had the keys in the wheel arches. By far the worst airport parking I’ve ever used. Avoid at all costs and help out these con artists out of business.

They don’t even deserve 1 star. We rang 20 mins before arriving at Gatwick went straight to voicemail, 9 times we rang. Got to airport and around 20 people in same boat, one couples car had been left in the short stay carpark with keys left on wheel for 2 weeks costing them £500 to get out. They are operating as many other companies. Absolute scam of a company.

Absolutely disgraceful

Absolutely disgraceful. Do not use. Give you a number to call when you land but nobody answers it. God knows where they keep your car because when you finally get hold of someone (after about 38 tries) they tell you it’ll take 45 minutes. It took very an hour. Absolute disgrace

Do not trust them!!!!

Extremely rude over the phone, made me wait for over 1-hour with no explanations or apologies. Also telling me that the car was there but I needed to look for it. Was asked to pay extra fees "cash only".

Terrible service on return to Gatwick

The pickup was unsatisfactory in that there was no documentation handed over and the person was only concerned that I had the right phone number, but it was at least within a reasonable time. That paled in comparison to the experience on the return journey. When we arrived, I telephoned as instructed to be told there was going to be an hour's wait. I then went to the pickup point to find there were many other people also waiting. Some people had been waiting for over an hour and a half for their car, and we are all using the same phone number, if not the same car park provider. I was able to track my car and could see where it was and that it wasn't moving. After numerous phone calls and a wait of an hour and 45 minutes, I determined that I could get to the location via Uber, which was an ex-migrant hotel car park. When I arrived, I found my car with the engine running, lights on, hazards flashing, and no one near it or with it, but I was able to drive off. As a final coda, I discovered yesterday that the dash cam had been unplugged. Will never, ever use this company again, and we'll be approaching them to reimburse the Uber costs.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. This is not meet and greet, it is park and ride at best.

Phone unanswered, voicemail box full. One man on reception dealing with large queues of highly frustrated customers. We made a quick decision to leave and pay the extra for long stay parking. I’m happy we made that decision.

One star is too generous.

Absolutely terrible service from this…

Absolutely terrible service from this airport meet and greet parking company.

On the departure day, they delivered our car so late that we were nearly one and a half hours delayed getting to the airport and almost missed our flight. The whole point of paying for a “meet and greet” service is convenience and reliability — we got neither.

The return experience was even worse. We landed with a small child and called the company immediately after landing, as instructed. We were repeatedly told the car would arrive “within an hour.” After waiting an hour, we called again and were told “20 minutes.” Then another 20 minutes. Then another 20 minutes. Then finally “10 more minutes.”

In reality, we waited nearly 3 hours for our car to be returned.

No proper communication, no apology, and no respect for customers’ time. Travelling is stressful enough, especially with children, and this company made the experience far worse.

I would never use this service again and strongly advise others to avoid it unless you want delays, stress, and complete unreliability.

Dear IPark Limited Customer Services,

I would strongly advise nobody to use IPark Limited for Gatwick meet and greet parking.

When I arrived to drop my car off, there was nobody there to meet me despite this being a paid “meet and greet” service. I was already short on time for my flight and when I finally managed to get through to someone, I was told the wait would be around 40 minutes. Other customers there told me they had already been waiting over TWO HOURS.

I was then instructed to leave my car unattended with the keys left on the wheel and go to my flight. I felt extremely uncomfortable doing this. I emailed, called and messaged multiple times just to confirm this was genuinely what they wanted me to do, and nobody responded for a long time.

Coming home was even worse.

The email clearly stated the wait on return would be “up to 20 minutes.” After landing and calling the company, I was then told it would actually be an hour. That hour turned into TWO AND A HALF HOURS.

There were huge queues of people in exactly the same situation from around 1am onwards, including families with small children stranded in the car park waiting for their vehicles. My wait for my car was longer than my actual flight.

I was meant to be home by around 3am and didn’t get home until after 6am. Waiting alone in a car park in the middle of the night with luggage, after paying extra for a meet and greet service, then having to drive home exhausted at that time, is completely unacceptable and honestly dangerous.

To make things worse, there was absolutely no apology and the customer service was awful throughout. Staff were rude, dismissive, uninterested and would even hang up the phone. They also gave me the wrong parking location for my car and later called to say it was actually parked somewhere else.

I also overheard other customers saying their cars had been taken to the wrong terminal and left there.

This was genuinely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Completely unacceptable service and absolutely not worth the money. I will be pursuing a full refund and would strongly recommend people avoid using this company.

How are they still a business?

- Delays dropping off and advised by their staff that I would miss my flight. I ended up leaving the key on the wheel for them to pick up.
- Delays picking up and constant lies 1h30mins from initial call - waiting with a 9 month old baby.
- Stole the cigarette lighter charger and cable from the car

Avoid this company at all costs.

We booked an IPark Gatwick Meet and Greet from 20th May 2026 to 24th May 2026. Upon return, we called the number provided as soon as we landed at 7.20am on 24th May to get our car at the pick up point, exactly as requested in the email.

When we exited the airport, we went to Level 6 Car Park 6 as requested on the phone. No one was there and our car wasn’t there.

After some calls with the number provided, they said the car would be there soon within 20 minutes. Time passed, still no car. We called again and again. At some point, they finally told us they didn’t know where our car key was because they had apparently labelled it wrong. They told us they would call us back in 20 minutes.

So we decided to go have some breakfast and coffee at Starbucks in the departure hall. Time passed, no call back. We called again and again and now they told us they still hadn’t found the key, they had a big bag of keys and they were going to go to our car and try them all to see which one opened it.

We then offered for them to pick us up and take us where our car was parked because we could help identify our key. They said they would call back.

Time passed again. I finally decided to read some Trustpilot reviews and oh my god all the reviews were horrible. One of them said their car had never actually left Gatwick airport and was still parked exactly where they left it. So we went to check ourselves because we had nothing else to do anyway.

We went to Car Park 5 Level 5 where we dropped our car on 20th May in the morning and our car was there exactly where we left it, doors UNLOCKED. We called them back to say we found our car and suddenly they told us they had finally found the keys too. What a coincidence.

They then said someone would come drop the key. We waited another hour calling them every ten minutes because nobody was coming. Every time we called, the driver was apparently “10 minutes away”.

Finally a guy showed up with our car key and then immediately got into our car and started DRIVING IT. I stopped him and said you are not driving away with our car. He then said he was driving it downstairs to pay the ticket because obviously our car had been parked in Gatwick short stay parking with no booking.

We said we were coming too because he was not driving away with our car. He said he was not insured to drive us. We said we would drive him. He said no and tried to leave saying he had another customer and he was only supposed to give us our key.

He then called the number we had been calling and said he would be back.

At that point we thought he was going to disappear and leave us with the £700 fee to pay (that’s what he told us we would have to pay).

We then literally saw him and his friends inside the departure hall buying lemonade while we were stranded there.

Eventually, after several more calls, they told us they were now “telling us the truth” and that they couldn’t find “the guy with the credit card”. They then told us our best option was to drive to the barrier, press the assistance button and say we couldn’t pay the fee. They told us Gatwick would give us a 50% reduction and that we could then claim the money back from IPark.

At that point we were tired and just wanted to go home, so we drove down to the barrier. The man from Gatwick Assistance told us either we pay the full £350 fee or we could get a 50% reduction, but either way we would need to claim the money back from IPark ourselves. We ended up paying the £175 fee.

I found it incredible that Gatwick allows these practices. We are obviously not the only people this has happened to. After reading so many similar reviews online while stranded there for hours, it genuinely feels like both Gatwick Parking and IPark are benefiting from these practices while customers are left dealing with the consequences.

We have a 4-year-old son. We woke up at 4am for a 7am flight (French time), landed at 7.20am UK time and only left Gatwick at 11.27am. It was a 30 degree day and we spent hours waiting on the top floor of Car Park 5 which is not covered.

My 4-year-old son was very distressed when I had to stand in front of the car to stop the man driving away with it.

Absolutely not worth saving a bit of money. This company is completely unacceptable.

DO NOT USE!

When we arrived to drop of the car, it was straight forward, the man (who was very odd) told us park and leave the key with him, the driver would come and collect the car, we needed to give him £10 exit fee which we did stupidly! It all seemed strange from there and I should have known better. I videoed my car as I left it.

A week later on return we went to collect our car, after reading reviews I thought we’d be there for hours, however my car was still in the same spot I’d left it! It hadn’t moved atall! They had taken my key, my £95 booking fee and £10 exit fee and left my car in short stay car park for over a week!! I am now expecting a HEFTY fee!
I asked the man why my car had been just left there he said they do this to everyone, up to a thousand cars a week!! He said don’t worry I’ll sort the exit ticket for you and tailgated someone else out! Re entered the car park and then I was to pay the £8 exit fee!

Complete scam DO NOT USE!!

WILL NEVER USE AGAIN

WILL NEVER USE AGAIN. ‘Meet and Greet” should mean someone will be present when you drop the car off and someone will be present when you land back. I waited 25mins when I was departing. And told 1hr wait when I returned. It’s a scam company

Total shambles of a company.

TERRIBLE!
Absolutely awful experience with this meet & greet valet service. After landing, I called at 06:40 to collect my car and didn’t get it back until 08:25 — I spent longer waiting for my car than I did on my flight.

The communication was a complete mess. With 6 pieces of luggage, we were told to go to Level 3, then Level 5, before finally being told they had just left the car unattended on Level 4 with the key hidden behind the tyre. Completely irresponsible and unprofessional.

To make things worse, the service advertised that all parking levy fees were included, but when I got to the exit barrier, I discovered they hadn’t paid it and I had to pay myself.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Avoid this company.

Do not use. They are very poor

Very poor .made to wait 2 and a half hours to return car. Contact on phone for ipark very rude. Gave incorrect information and kept on putting the phone down. We were one of 4 groups impacted by them today at the same time . Very poor. Never use!
