Just appalling

Just appalling, arrived today, our car was there, but keys were just left on wheel, that’s the good one, two other families who traveled with us waited for over 3 hours, they had a exit bill of £470 and now their car has broken down, I can not put into words how absolutely disgusting this company is

DO NOT USE!
Waited and hour and half for car called them multiple times saying is was 8-10 mins. Travelling with two young children and when I said we had been waiting a long time he had the cheek to say it's only been an hour! Then when it finally arrived they parked the car on a different floor to where we were meant to meet them, left the key by the tyre! We will be reporting to Gatwick parking.

Awful

Waited over 4 hours after they lost our car and car key. Eventually the police found our car with no key. 33 degrees heat with a baby and a 6 year old, no water and staff kept hanging up on us.

Absolutely horrific

Absolutely horrific, they made us late so close to missing the flight! Was greeted by some weird, smelly, dirty, non uniformed man who look like he fell off a boat, who was rude and couldn’t speak English, he had no clue what he was doing and I was expected to leave my car with him. The number given would just call out, once answered the man on the phone was rude and put the phone down on me numerous times. On the way back I waited 2 hours to get my car back with my exhausted children, absolutely horrendous, disgusting service from a company that I’ve since worked out is operating illegally and are ripping people off. Strong evidence needs to be shown to the police and Gatwick airport to have them shut down. Also using illegal immigrants to run their operation, if I had facts of the names involved I would report. So many people at the airport had the same experience with some missing their flights.

Shocking service from start to finish
Left waiting over an hour for someone to pick keys/car up along with several other people
Struggled to get hold of them and they never seemed bothered and were quite rude despite a possibility of causing people delays in getting checked in and catching flights
When car was dropped off 90 miles of petrol had been used and they had only left 9 miles in my tank
Some random perfume left in car and clearly it had been used whilst we were away

Horrendous experience

Horrendous experience. Had to wait over 1 hour for the car to be collected on arrival. When we came back one week later I phoned them on landing and was told it would be up to 45 minutes which was acceptable. However, two hours later after numerous calls trying to get through, we found our car had not been moved from where we originally parked it at the North Terminal and eventually, someone turned up with the keys. When I asked why the car had not been moved, I was told that if they didn’t have enough room in their yard, they have an arrangement with Gatwick that the car can remain there?

Only gave 1 star because you cant give…

Only gave 1 star because you cant give zero. Sussex police eventually drove my car back to me after a 4 hour wait. Cant thank west Sussex police enough. WS Police said and I quote "they were running the operation out of the back of an old Fiesta. Thousands of keys jist dumped in the back of it!"

Also my car was tagged on NPCR cameras driving back and forth 2 east London twice while I was on holiday.

One of the drivers for another poor souls car didnt have a license and was read his rights in front of me. They then started abandoning cars on a different floor and phoning the owners to tell them it had arrived.

One poor middle aged couple waited 5 hours by the time I left LGW and they still hadnt found their keys.

They all should be arrested.

Extremely disappointed with I Park…

Extremely disappointed with I Park Gatwick for using Flyway Meet & Greet Parking as one of their service providers.
I booked meet and greet parking through I Park Gatwick expecting a safe and professional service, but instead my vehicle was returned damaged and left in unacceptable condition.
After my flight, I was told my car would be delivered within 30 minutes. It never arrived, and only after chasing multiple times was I informed there was a “flat tyre.” No proper communication was made despite them claiming they tried contacting me.
I had to travel myself to the off-site car park late at night where I found my car with windows left open and obvious signs of negligence. The next morning I discovered a large cut in the sidewall of the tyre that clearly occurred while the vehicle was in Flyway’s possession.
The state of the storage site was alarming, with damaged vehicles, open windows, flat tyres and unsafe conditions throughout the car park.
This experience caused me financial loss, stress, extra travel costs and a lost day of work.
I Park Gatwick should seriously review the companies they partner with because customers trust them when making bookings. Based on my experience, I would not use this service again.

Avoid!!! If I could give minus stars to warn others I would.
We waited 2.5 hours with a young family! Constantly fobbed off with excuses. It wasn’t until I reported the car as stolen that the driver turned up, with other customers in my car!! Please if you are reading this review use one of the shuttle services or pay a little more to have the security of knowing you will get ur car back in a reasonable time. Agent who answers phone dosent care either, another family called and said the service was awful his response was “I know”.

If I could give zero stars I would - DO NOT USE - waited half an hour along with other disgruntled customers to drop the car off - mobile number was not available I imagine because they was avoiding complaints - eventually turned up took the keys and wandered off I asked about doing a car check and was told they will do it later - on arriving back at uk I was told car will be 35 - 45 mins - 1 hour 40 later they turned up when asked why they was late - apparently don’t speak English - wasn’t going to write a review but then found out today my sunglasses had been taken and also noticed by camera had been unplugged - shocking service - will always check reviews before using a company going forward - never had these issues when using Heathrow

Absolutely do NOT use this company

Absolutely do NOT use this company. Extremely unprofessional and felt very dodgy from start to finish. We arrived at Gatwick and couldn’t get hold of anyone for hours — calls went unanswered and we eventually had to get an Uber to the Best Western Hotel to collect our car ourselves.

While waiting, we spoke to multiple other customers: one couple’s keys had been lost, another had their car returned dirty with food and vomit inside, and another customer’s Porsche had clearly been driven and returned with a cracked windscreen.

The whole operation appeared to be run out of the Best Western car park with piles of car keys left loose in the back of a Ford Focus. Cars were packed bumper-to-bumper, touching each other. Thankfully my car was okay, but the entire experience felt chaotic, unsafe and completely unacceptable.

I am extremely disappointed with the…

I am extremely disappointed with the service we received by ipark limited at Gatwick Airport, both when dropping off and collecting our vehicle.

On departure, we followed all instructions provided and called within the required timescale before arriving at the airport. Despite this, nobody arrived to collect our vehicle for around an hour and a half after our call, which nearly caused us to miss our flight. During this time, there were several other customers at the airport experiencing exactly the same issue and delays.

Unfortunately, the problems continued when we returned from our holiday. After landing, we again called the number provided as instructed and were told it would take approximately an hour for our car to be delivered due to an accident. When we questioned this and later checked ourselves, there was no reported accident. We were then informed it was supposedly on their compound in Horley. Regardless, we ended up waiting nearly two hours for our car to be returned, alongside several other frustrated customers who were also waiting excessive amounts of time.

To make matters worse, the airport parking charge that was supposedly included in the package we purchased had not been paid, leaving us to pay an additional £8 ourselves before we could leave.

Overall, the service was completely unacceptable, poorly organised, stressful, and misleading from start to finish. We paid for convenience and reliability but received the exact opposite. I would not recommend this company based on our experience.

Didn’t answer the phone en route to the airport then turned up 45 mins late so almost missed the bag drop before my flight. Upon landing rang the number to find would be 20/25 mins but they didn’t turn up. Lots of angry people waiting and non English speaking staff say 5 mins mate but nothing happens. Phones then ignored. Staff won’t say where vehicles are or how to get keys.Any people waiting multiple hours for their cars and then items and fuel missing from the vehicles. Eventually got keys for car 3 hours after we landed. Disgusting company never book with them

Atrocious company - if I could give a 0/5 I would have

If I could give a 0/5 I would have. Extremely disappointing experience with this Gatwick parking company.

The drop-off/pick-up process was far from seamless from the outset. The contact number provided repeatedly went straight to voicemail, which was frustrating when trying to coordinate collection. When the driver eventually arrived, they had no visible ID or high-visibility clothing, unlike other meet-and-greet parking services I’ve used, which did not inspire confidence when handing over my vehicle.

The return experience was frankly atrocious. I called at 7:35am when I landed, then called again once I had collected my luggage as instructed. I was told the wait would be approximately 45 minutes, which was already longer than expected. In reality, I waited close to 1 hour and 50 minutes.

During that time, I made repeated calls chasing an update. The manager (Victor) was particularly unprofessional, repeatedly assuring me the car would arrive in “10–15 minutes,” despite the vehicle tracker clearly showing the car remained stationary elsewhere. The false assurances and lack of honesty made an already exhausting journey home even worse.

This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I will be seeking a full refund for what was an appalling customer experience. I would not recommend this company.

NEVER use this company

NEVER use this company. They have no information/documentation to tell you who they are when you drop off the car and the return of the car was even worse. We called as soon as we landed giving them our car registration, you’re asked to give 25-35 minutes notice. We were left waiting over two hours and called 10 plus times. Communication was shocking despite having our flight number, estimated arrival time this is most certainly not the ‘stress free meet & great service’ their website claims.

Shit show of a company

Disgusting company u cant get holdnof them on phone it goes to ansa phone gad go wait an hour for them to collect car bearing in mind i had flight to catch
Medical issue at airport i wasnt allowed to fly partner in hospital a week i rmsiled them 24 hours in advance to saynid be collecting my car (giving them notice) wen i arrived gatwick to vollect 2 large cases from baggage hold i rang impark to say i was ready for my car to be delivered to orange car park he told me ive got to wait 24 hours coz my car had 100’s of cars in front of it
I explained id emailed them to give them notice they sed ‘no hood we dont answer emails’ n that i should have rsng head office (to which there is no number )
Told them this. He then said i shud have rang thrir mobile (which they only answer wen it suits them it just goes to giff gaff ansa phone it o2)

After finally getting thru 20 attempts i was finally told id get my car (6hours later)

He turned up with car gave me qr vode to exit car park (£8 to pay)

I found this company on Compare Airport Parking. Please dont use I Parking

Awful company

Awful company- booked through Gatwick airport compare parking sites. Shocked that Gatwick are still allowing this scam to be running.
When landing we called 28 times before getting through. Got told it will be over an hour for pick up. Went to level 5 where we dropped the car off. After waiting I decided to look around aa others were waiting and telling me their horror stories. I found our car still parked where we left it a week ago.
My husband then searched our reg plate in the car park paying station as at drop off we had our ticket taken off us. Our bill was £595.00!!!!!! Instant dread and panic. Finally an Indian man arrived asking if we were dropping off. We said no picking up and his whole mood instantly changed. My husband and him got quite shirty with each other and my husband wouldn’t allow him to leave until our keys arrived. He called his ‘boss’ and they arrived within 10 minutes with our keys. We questioned why our car hadn’t been moved and why do we now have a charge. They just kept shouting to each other in their language. Then said they have to take our car out of the car park to void the fee and get a new ticket. This was done. And the car was brought back to us with a new ticket. We had to pay £8 to leave the car park. We are very worried we will be sent this fee in the post.

Also when on holiday I received a what’s app phone call from a different number saying Gatwick parking that they picked up my car and it’s now safe in their parking lodge. All very strange and corrupt.

Do not use this company. It was such an awful end to an amazing holiday. Myself, husband and 2 children took 7 hours in total to return home after our flight landed where it’s normally a 2 hour trip when using a pro and ride service!!

AWFUL.

AWFUL.

Do not use. We have 2 children who arrived into Gatwick at 1:30am - we got the keys back at 4:30am with an OLD ticket - after speaking to the customer service at the exit gate they had scribbled out another car reg and gave us this ticket which was invalid. I had to pay £70 onto of the original booking to leave the car park!
ABSOLUTE DISGRACE of a company - AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!
