The service and advice l have received from Irish Pensions and Finance over the last 10 years has been excellent and relevant to my changing life circumstances. Thank you to Camilla and team for all your efforts to allow me to achieve my goals.

The professionalism and attitude of IPF staff are what make it shine! ! Following from the recommendation of a colleague and friend, I took out an AVC with Dylan Maher. In addition to Dylan's positive manner and attitude, he demonstrated excellent professional skills in his follow-up and very comprehensive explanations of the advantages and disadvantages of particular AVC products. Dylan was also able to offer very accessible advice on other investment products which made for integrated wrap-around retirement planning. He was always reachable and prompt in his support for some of my follow-on queries His colleagues in the company were equally professional in furnishing documentation at all relevant steps of the process. I have recommended the company to a number of my friends and co-workers.

Costs for the fund are extortion, Zurich only take one third the yearly fee charged by IP and F. Promised there would be a review within 12 months, no efforts made to engage for said review. A letter was sent informing me that more money would be taken out of my salary without the courtesy of requesting my approval. All round dreadful experience with IPF.

Brilliant advisor

Staff member was knowledgeable however I did feel a little pushed into making a decision to sign up to the offer which put me off in the end.

I had an online meeting with Shane Towey, he explained the process of setting up an AVC, put the calculation together for me and we discussed affordability and it helped me to make the right decision for me.

IPF were great in setting up AVC with me. Extremely helpful and explained everything in great detail. They went through each step one by one and I never felt lost. They were flexible in setting up a consultation and this made the process very smooth. I would highly recommend.

Dean was really helpful, explained everything to me really clearly and simply. Gave me great advice, completely honest and steered me in the right direction.

Robert provided such clarity and had a kind approach. Didnt oversell and I felt at ease with him. He set it all up immediately so there was no time wasting and he was really practical. Loved his approach.

I've been dealing with IPF for many years now, and I have always found them to be excellent. Most recently, Katie Doyle has been managing my file. Over the past 18 months or so, she has provided excellent and appropriate advice on my AVC, and retirement, which has enabled me to make good choices and to maximise my tax-relief benefit.
