I purchased a life policy earlier this year. I clicked on a few advertisements on social channels, and Royal London Ireland were the only one who followed up. Their broker was incredibly knowledgeable and very very mannerly. I had a query by phone directly to RLI, and that service level was met again!

Good response time
Underwriting took a couple of days back and forth. Activation was done in the same day when I requested it. I had a query after activation, I waited for less than a minute for my call to be picked up, then Declan from the customer service team answered my query right away and advised on the next steps.
Over my limited interaction, the service was great.
