Really happy with the advice and service I have received over the last few years

I needed good advice and I got it from Rebecca. So happy to have used them.

Shane was very informative and explained everything clearly, constant support available when needed.

I was recommended IPF by a friend and was delighted with how easy it was to arrange a consultation. I filled the online contact form and was called that evening. I dealt with Allyson and she was so friendly and patient and explained everything in great detail. She made everything so easy. Will definitely try and deal directly with Allyson again in the future and would highly recommend her.

Absolutely horrified with recent dealing regarding my AVCs. Had been advised that allocation rate would be 67% for first year of my account. However, had not been advised on my review that any subsequent increases would also be set at 67% allocation moving forward. Couldn't understand why I had been charged such a high premium on my annual statement. Looked back and 67% allocation for subsequent increases was noted in very small print. This was not mentioned during lengthy review call. Really really disappointed. Moved to Cornmarket instead with a more favourable rate for Public Sector worker (IPF may have lower AMC charge but this is not favourable when accounting for allocation rate and 67% rate in first year on increases).

Nishtha was excellent at breaking everything down and explaining things to me in a way I could understand. (I'm not very good with financial planning) She was clear and concise, answered all my questions and I came away with a clearer picture of what additional savings I needed to be making for retirement.

Alison was personable and lovely to deal with. She was very matter of fact about what was a realistic goal for me for future planning, and gave good advice about other considerations I should make due to my family circumstances. She was very open in discussing the fees associated with my AVC so it was more transparent. I'd happily recommend Alison as a financial planner!
