The best realtor I ever Had with great communication and lovely people.

I’ve had a fabulous experience with Paul at IPM. He was prompt at responding to my issue with the Hot water in the apartment and having it resolved that day even while being a public holiday. By far the best agent I have had. Highly recommend going through IPM when finding a rental.

The whole process was so easy and very quick. I went for the inspection Wednesday late morning and I got the outcome of my application by Friday noon.

Paul and the team arranged everything so quickly and we were able to move to the property within one week.

It was a really smooth process moving in, friendly property manager, attended to the minor repair I needed very quickly, overall a good experience.

Rented a townhouse through Paul at iProperyManager, he made the whole process incredibly smooth and easy! Was very fast to reply to emails and has given us a great renting experience. There were a couple of minor things in the house that needed tweeking, as soon as we told Paul he got them fixed that week. Amazing service - Thanks Paul!
