Excellent property management in Melbourne
Over the last ten years we have found Paul and his team consistent, diligent and very honest with rent appraisals
Tenants needs are addressed promptly and in a professional manner, we don’t have to worry about maintenance left unattended that often leads to high tenant turnover and a deteriorating investment property
As a builder and plumber with over 40 years experience in the building and maintenance industry I wouldn’t trust our investment properties with any other firm in Melbourne

Highly recommended and professional property manager
Can't recommend highly enough. Paul Denver is a person of the highest personal integrity, coupled with extensive knowledge and experience of the real estate market in bayside Melbourne. I'd have no hesitation in placing my property in Paul's care, knowing that both owner and tenant will be treated with professionalism and respect.

Timely, efficient servce and good communication
iPropertyManager manage a property for me and have always been excellent to deal with. Any issues are dealt with quickly, communication is acknowledged and there's the right balance between 'just fixing it' and checking in with me to confirm before addressing issues they've noted themselves or that have been raised by tenants.
I'm always contacted in advance of a rental agreement expiring to confirm rent, renewals etc. - which isn't always standard with all managers.
