SCAM DO NOT TRUST. I paid £0.75 yesterday to get the “free” test results and today they attempted to take £30 out of my account. luckily my bank blocked it but there’s no way of deactivating my account or blocking these payments. Now I can’t even log back into the account. It’s a massive scam.

I payed for either a free trial or a one off payment can’t remember but it has taken NZD $70 dollars out of my account!!! I have contacted them don’t know if I’ll get a reply back though I better get my money back budget is tight right now I need to pay for stuff, they also said my email was invalid like no ho that’s my right email thank you very much

I paid €0.70 for what I believed was a one-time IQ test result. Without my consent or any clear agreement, IQInternational charged me €47.88 for a supposed subscription I never agreed to.

I received no confirmation, no invoice, and no communication whatsoever about a subscription. I only discovered the charge after noticing money missing from my bank account. When I contacted support, I got a generic response claiming I had agreed to a trial that auto-renews — none of which was clearly shown or consented to.

This is a textbook case of deceptive business practices and unauthorized billing. I’ve filed a chargeback with my bank and will be reporting them to consumer protection authorities.

Avoid this service at all costs. It’s a scam hiding behind legal-sounding excuses.

Tried the test. There is no information about a subscription. they charge you 0,7 for the IQ test and then 3 days later you are minus 46 euros. i currently asked for a refund but i dont think im gonna be seeing any cash back from scammers

I paid 79p for some results, only for the next day to be charged £29.90. Fortunately I used a secondary bank account so the payment didn’t go through.
I found the subscription terms buried in the T&Cs, but these were not made clear or explicit at the point of purchase. Highly misleading. If they don’t respond with written confirmation that my account has been deleted and card details removed they will be getting reported to Action Fraud.

Avoid

They’ll charge you 40 bucks for a subscription you never even signed up for. They’re based in Abu Dhabi, so they don’t give a toss

Once you pay the 0.78 for a test results, automatically you have subscription and 100% you will be charged 35 pounds subscription. Its very hard to unsubscribe and no one will notify you.
Stay away from this scam

I tried the free trial and then immediately cancelled the subscription with my apple account, but they charged me anyways after the free trial finished. No invoice, no nothing, just to make sure you really don’t notice them charging you. It’s a big scam, I want my money back!

Actually the test were almost 1 euro and what I agreed was to pay this 1 euro. Several days later, there was a notification that I failed to pay 44 euro. Yeah, there's not enough money in my debit card, but this is a scam. And there's no option to remove our current card or anything. This website should be prohibited.

I cancelled on the third day of the trial, after the 2 days free and they still charged me. No refund would be provided.

On Saturday they asked for 0.70e to send the results. Today my account was charged 44.90e....

Horrible company. Absolute scammers.

Eh, it's okay. Some games are fun but others are boring. Not sure if I wanna renew yet.

After you answer 721 questions, they ask you for 70 cents to show the result - with no previous notice.

Like many others so it’s a very clever hidden website they are running that will charge an arm and a leg afterwards….£0.79 now but £36 charge now

Just as well I used my second bank account that I use incase this happens

I initially complete the test and had to pay 1.87$ and then later got charged with a 48$ CHARGE 4 DAYS LATER! Absolutely terrible scammers! Do NOT give your money to this shit website. They are thieves

I had a terrible experience with IQ International. I initially paid a small fee of 0.70 € for a test, which seemed harmless. However, without my explicit consent, I was later charged 44.90 € for a subscription I never agreed to.

The company claims that this was part of a trial that automatically transitions into a paid subscription, but this information was not clear at all. The terms were either hidden or misleading, and I was not given a fair warning that I would be charged for a full subscription once the trial ended. I was not properly notified about the renewal process, and the company failed to make it clear that I would be automatically enrolled in the paid plan.

Despite contacting them immediately, they refused to offer a refund, citing their terms and conditions, which I never fully agreed to. They claim the subscription is non-refundable once activated, but this is unfair, especially when I never had full knowledge of this automatic renewal.

I strongly advise others to avoid this site. Their practices are misleading, and they seem to rely on confusion to charge unsuspecting customers. If you’re considering using their service, be very cautious.

I will be contacting my bank for a chargeback and reporting this company to relevant authorities for their deceptive business practices.

So, since people from this post don't know how to read or at least to search a little I'm going to send them just 3 stars. The test is not that hard but indeed when you take the test you have to pay 0.7 cents for the file that they send you to your email with your results. When you pay for that you automatically subscribe to them but the price of subscription is shown in the description below Start your free trial. They actually tell you how much you are going to pay. They are not scammy, its a huge price for a subscription that s sure but you can cancel it because when you finish the test they automatically create you an account where you can see your subscription. I didn't pay attention at reading because was 3 am and I thought that the free trial is about one week and not two days and of course I had to pay but I cancelled it and when my subscription time was over they charged nothing and I didn't have any suspicious money withdraw from my bank account. I'm not going to lie, the comments from this site made me a little anxious but everything's safe and sound. Just pay attention when you subscribe to a service because the prices are actually post there and there is an automatic billing like on almost every application newday but you can cancel it anytime :) and also remove your credit card.
