Iqinternational Reviews

This site is stoling money with making trap to customer by not informing properly. They initially took 0.7 euro, 2 days later they have taken 44.9 euro without giving explanation. They just saying that 2 days later subscription become regular. But you have not seen such text, or charge value in visible area. This is a crime

Scam ! Paid 0,99 USD and they automatically charge me every month 44,90 Eur, until I wrote them and found out that I have to unsub. manually (on mobile webside, not on PC), however I never subscribed !

It's a scam!

You do the test and pay £0.79, and then 2 days later they try to charge your card with another payment. My bank noticed the fraud and declined the payment, but unfortunately, this led to the cancellation of my card.

Don't complete the test here, do your research first. I wish I did, so I wouldn't feel that I don't deserve the score I received from them, as I obviously having lower IQ because they were able to scam me...

Deceptive practices used.. I have been trying to cancel my account since the trial period.. I have been charged two or three times since.. They drag it out by saying your email is not recognized but still find away to charge you.

Списывают еще 30$ через два дня после прохождения теста, категорически не рекомендую связываться с данными мошенниками. Слава богу моих денег они не получили, так как мой банк одобряет только одобренные мной платежи. Но будьте аккуратней

This company is blatantly deceptive. I was tricked into what I thought was a one-time payment, only to find out later I had been enrolled in a recurring subscription without clear consent. There was no obvious disclosure, which makes this feel like a deliberate bait-and-switch.

I’ve tried canceling the subscription twice, and they’re still attempting to charge my account. That’s not just bad service — it’s unauthorized billing.

If you're thinking about using this service: don’t. Their website is misleading, their billing practices are shady, and their cancellation process is broken or ignored altogether. I’ll be reporting this to my bank and relevant consumer protection authorities.

Avoid at all costs.

AVOID !!!!! Pay 79p & then get charged almost £30 a few days later. No pre warning unless you read all their t&c’s. Absolutely immoral & disgusting. I hope the people in this company take a good look in the mirror and consider doing an honest day’s work rather than practically scamming innocent people.

Scam, do not pay for anything they offer you, you will be charged after 2 days.

Straight up fraud, is this actually real life? How can a company enter you into.a subscription without notifying you and requesting? ... Waiting for pending status to come off to report.. Filthy scum.

Low life scammers.
Taking advantage over people with good intentions.

Hopefully karma gets the best out of you scumbags

Scammer alert! Asked you to pay 0.79£ and the next day charging you a 30£ subscription, claiming the free trail period has ended and this has clearly been listed in the terms and cannot be refund. Avoid!!!

SCAM! You pay just 70 cents to get your iq test resultes and then they took 45 euros from my card!!! AVOID IM SUEING

Absolute scam. You pay 0.79 euro for test score without consenting to any further payments or subscriptions and then they charge you 44.90 euro. Thank God that I keep really small amount of money in my Revolut, so they wasn't able to charge me and I blocked future payments. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

I was fraudulently charged $100 nzd through what I assumed was some form of data breach. I had never heard of the site until I got the charges. I immediately contacted them telling them that as the cardholder I did not purchase nor agree to any charges. They refused to cooperate citing their policy to refuse all refunds, sending me photos of their policies. I reiterated it was an unauthorized fraudulent transaction and they kept refusing to refund me.
I had to cancel all my cards and request a fraudulent transaction with my bank, which was luckily investigated and I was successful in getting most of the money back.

Beware this site and organization, clearly a scam.

Scam scam scam!
IQInternational is a complete fraud! They lure you in with a fake "£0.79 IQ test" and then secretly trap you into a £35.90/month subscription without any clear warning or consent. This is pure theft. They refuse refunds even when caught, treating customers with complete disrespect. They scammed me and many others — even my husband had to fight hard to get his money back. Their so-called "service" is worthless — just one basic IQ test that nobody would ever need a subscription for. This company exists only to steal from honest people. Disgusting, predatory scammers. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I should deduct 10 points off my own IQ score for not looking at reviews before paying 99 cents for my results. Got a fraud alert this morning from my bank, saying that they tried to bill me $39.

It's a fraude method of subscription, bassically. I paid a U$D 0,80 for an IQ Test and the day after that, and today, this company try to slip two debits of U$D 46.18 in what I suppose it's a subscription plan which I never agree or even sign to. Be careful!

You can’t make people sign up for a subscription without telling them that there is one. I’ll be reporting this as fraudulent with my bank.

After paying 0.70€ and not receiving any receipt of payment, I immediately found this trustpilot page and somehow managed to cancel the subscription before the free trials end.

Although their method is not completely illegal (subscriptions are managed regularly with stripe) it is still a fairly fraudulent method.

For anyone who finds this comment, log in to their site by resetting the password with the email entered during the payment phase, after which in your account you will have the possibility to deactivate the subscription.
