Paid 0.70 euro cents for my iq results, then 2 days later got hit with 44.90 euros subscription payment. It is so snealy how they sign you into this without you realising. I am in the process of appealing this payment through my bank as they have non existent customer service, just a chatbot who is useless. Hopefully the people who started and run this site find something better to do with their time.

They make you pay an £0,90 for first time and subscribe you for a £30 per mont service you never use. It's a kind of a legal scam, because no one read the T&C but if you sue them in the court they might give you the money back

This scammy website uses clever tactics: of course you don’t mind paying a few cents for the results of an IQ test: what is in between the lines is that you are actually tricked into subscribing on a monthly basis. Beware!!!!

After iq test I was annoyed to see there was a fee but I paid the 0.79p. Today they tried to take £30, luckily Barclays flagged it and it was blocked. This company should be prosecuted! Do not pay or give your details!

The iq test itself is only one section of 4 a normal iq test would have. It also took 40 dollars without my consent, which seems to be a common issue people have with it.

I’m honestly shocked and frustrated. I took what looked like a simple IQ test for €0.70 — and two days later €45 was taken from my account for a so-called subscription I never knowingly agreed to.

There was no clear warning, no consent, no checkbox — just a hidden charge buried somewhere in the fine print.

I immediately contacted their bot and demanded a refund. The subscription was canceled, but the money is still gone. No real customer support, no transparency, no fairness.

I feel like I’ve been robbed — and reading other reviews, I’m clearly not alone.

Avoid this site at all costs. It’s not a real service — it’s a trap.
The fact that they’re still allowed to operate is unbelievable.

Led to believe it was a one time fee, but a trail for a subscription, additionally they now what they are doing by making it a "2 Day Trial" no pre-warning email about it being a further up-coming charge besides your welcome email, I take responsibility for not reading their T & Cs clearly.. but they know what they're doing too.

They are charlatans. After I realized that they wanted to take money from me for a subscription that I did not make, I found myself unable to cancel the so-called "subscription".
Does anyone know where such a scam can be reported?

COMPLETE SCAM! I paid for a .79p IQ test for entertainment purposes and sent the link to my family who did the same. They then charged me £29.90 2 days later for a subscription fee I had no idea about. They also did this to my family members. If you want to charge subscription make it obvious. Now I am at a financial loss of over £30 for a fake IQ test I did for entrainment purposes. I expressed my concern to customer service and even though I’ve not availed of any of their services, I’ve not received a refund. JOKE

Same like the others from here, I’ve paid for one time test, being not that expensive and being nice to support their page because I can’t find that test to be paid. And now I’m trying to get my money back being scammed with the subscription without my consent.

Scam, scam, scam! They will charge you 0.99 for test results and then out of nowhere they will take 44.90 from your account after couple days. They will repeat 44.90 charge after a month. I have no subscription with them, but being charged.
I had to cancel my card.

Be very very careful! You're actually subscribing not just making a one off payment.

Is it safer to just avoid this website?

Scam!! Stay away from this company they are crooks.
Did a one off iq test for 70p and next thing you know £30 is being taken out of my account for a subscription i did not agree to. Soo immoral. They refused to refund me the money even though i called straight away, imagine. Anyway, they will soon go bust.

I wish there was a negative review! I paid £0.99 for my IQ test results through Apple Pay , nowhere did I see the trial period payment which would go into full payment after Day 3. I just paid for the test results. Now I have a full subscription of £27. Very deceiving, I had to report to my bank.
