Good, we’ve had a few surveys done in different houses and I wouldn’t put them at the top of the list, but quite high! .. the review was minimal and I did have to chase now and again because you’re not really kept up to date however they were friendly and answered the phone everytime and honestly overall it was very quick. Booked me in faster than I expected too etc. I’d use them again.

I chose this company based on good reviews.
In my opinion the only good thing they do is answer the phone.
They take your money first and sit on it.
No communications. I have had to chase and chase to get them to book in the survey, to send me the report and then i find they didn't carry out the roof drone survey that i paid extra for, but they didn't tell me it hadn't been done - it was left to me to realise this and to call them up to demand my money back! Then they muttered something about high winds preventing the drone survey which i believe to be false. Most sections of the received report advise me to get a specialist to survey, so what was the point in me paying them? I won't recommend this company.

Very easy to book online, met timings agreed and report was very thorough

Easy communication with very pleasant personnel. Every level/stage was explained in detail and in a comprehensive manner. Quick service and a fast result was received. Would certainly recommend the company.

Quite disappointed with the arranging of the level 3 survey being booked in. After 4 phone calls to the office and over a week after sending the money for the survey it was finally booked in. One of the 4 times I rang them they put me on hold to ring the estate agent to book the survey in this was after over a week of waiting for it to be booked in felt this was very unprofessional. Also payed extra for the drone survey of the roof and it didn’t seam like it was worth the extra after only getting a couple pictures of the roof I thought considering it was £100 more it would of been way more in depth.

I would recommend IQS surveys, the report we received was very detailed and informative on different areas which we did not originally see on our viewing. It allowed us to understand any improvements which are needed within our property and gave us a large peace of mind!

Fast response and very professional

IQS Surveyors were brilliant.
Their Level 3 report was detailed, clear, and instrumental in helping us negotiate a better purchase price. It highlighted key issues we wouldn’t have spotted ourselves, and gave us the confidence to push for a fairer deal. The report arrived within the promised 5–7 day timeframe too. Couldn’t recommend them enough – professional, thorough, and absolutely worth it.

Level 3 Survey - Generally very good value and thorough report. I emailed a number of times to specify certain items for extra attention and highlight areas of slight concern, these were reported on in good depth. The only criticism and improvement I feel could enhance the service for the buyer is a direct call from the surveyor prior to date of survey to discuss any areas of specific note or concern, this would ensure complete coverage and piece of mind for the buyer. Report was received on 7th working day after, I did call in the afternoon to check it was being sent and was told it was in QA. I have no negative concerns and would recommend IQS for quality & value. Thank you

Really happy with the level 2 survey IQS carried out. The report was thorough and we received it under a week after the survey was conducted. I would definitely recommend this company.

Paid for a level 3 survey plus a drone survey. The survey was nearly a week late being received (should have been Friday at the latest, was late Tuesday when received - 2 weeks after the survey was done) and, when it was, the content was very light and actually didn’t help understand much about the condition of the house. It felt rushed, didn’t do some of the elements it was supposed to and lacked professionalism. The drone survey is still missing and, rather than doing it, they can’t be bothered so have offered to refund that element (I have not had a refund to confirm). This organisation lacks any form of quality so I would strongly advise looking elsewhere if you need peace of mind on a house purchase. They state to contact them to discuss but all they do is say they will chase or they will speak to someone else but I never got any kind of update and had to continually call and chase

Excellent service. They were very prompt in doing the survey and were very professional and friendly. The report was comprehensive and clear.

Had a great experience with IQS from booking through to receiving my report. Lucas was really helpful when I had questions and they allow you to speak to the surveyor after receiving your report. I received my report within a few days of the survey taking place which allowed us to review it in plenty of time before our move. Great service throughout!

My partner and I had an excellent experience with IQS. We are FTB's and they were very communicative, well priced, and efficient. The survey was very detailed, with lots of pictures, which gave us full confidence in purchasing the property. The staff were also very friendly and it was a real pleasure working with them.

Approach this crowd for a level 3 building survey, what we received was extremely high quality. Couldn’t recommend enough. The staff were ever so helpful and provided sound advice for the next steps forward. You won’t find a chartered outfit as competitive.

Report was extremely helpful and detailed and delivered on time. The surveyor also took our call after running through anything we weren’t sure on. Fantastic service all around would definitely recommend.

This appears to be an ongoing problem. Taking in the work and then unable to work to their service level agreement. Due to the delay from Linden I am going to lose the property I wanted. As in his words ‘he was behind on his paperwork’. Should not of taken this work in or alternatively discussed this so I could manage my sellers expectation. I will be contacting the RCIS governing body for a full refund.

No complaints with my experience with IQS will be using them again in the future, booked a level 2 survey and detailed report was received back quickly. Definitely recommend.
