I not happy with my purchase & I've messaged Irada twice & I've been ignored

I think the size was slightly smaller thn I expected, but over all it as good

I am very disappointed. I ordered the Seerah poster over a month ago for our school. I actually raised funds to buy it. Once it was arrived, we noticed that the font was very small. It was very hard to read the information. Since then I tried to contact them and return it. I got absolutely no responses. No one answers the phone. No response to emails. It is really unethical to treat the customers like this. I hope they read this review, and email me. La howla wa la qowata illa billah.

I need to return the product and have tried reaching out via phone and WhatsApp per the websites instructions. However it has been well over 10 days and no one has responded to me. Hopefully this review will get someone to call or text me back and get this resolved.

I love the decal and the canvas art is nice but quite pricey. Shipment took almost 2 months to receive but the item was well packed when delivered.
Nevertheless Irada must improve their customer service so that the customers’
queries were not left unattended.

My item is defective. I have not gotten any response from my attempts to contact you guys by email, instagram, or whatsapp. It's been over a week and I spent over $250. I'll probably have to file a dispute with my credit card company.

Update to my April review. I received only one of my steel art work and paid over £1000 and the Allah came bent. I spoke to Irada art and he said this happened in transit. So I sent him the videos of the packages from my nest cameras so he can claim against fedex.

Seven months later I still don’t have my other steel work or any response to emails, WhatsApp’s or even FaceTime calls.

I am £500 out of pocket and I don’t believe how this company is selling Islamic art and scamming customers how will you justify this to Allah on the day of judgement.

Subhanallah is all I could say for the dedication, research and ingenuity which went into creation of this masterpiece. May Allah allow you to do more.

The art was amazing. I cried looking at it for the first time. No word can explain the feeling. It was conveyed in details. Thank you for letting me have this. It is so perfect. I’m honoured to have this piece of art hanging on my wall.

The best Seerah work I have ever seen.
A must buy for ever family who can afford. That way we can establish that we really love our beloved Prophet SM as we all know that it is not a lip service.

I ordered $500 artwork over two months ago. Haven’t received the items. No response to emails, WhatsApp, voicemail or calls for over 6 weeks They have scammed me. Please don’t waste your money.

I ordered the piece of art about 3 weeks ago and my item has not been shipped. I thought there was fast shipping with this company but that’s not the case. I also tried contacting the company via email, and through the WhatsApp contact they share but I haven’t had any response for the last week and a half.
