Very late delivery
No response at mail, whatsapp, phone calls.
Late delivery, almost 1 month late, but no compensation at all
I got an email with a sorry.
I paid full price, but the service was a flop

Hi, item of good quality, but expensive and size was small, not as expected..

Firstly I live in the Uk. I thought there would be problems and issues with that. But there were non. Fast smooth delivery.

I also made a mistake, and they said they will not charge me for it! When do you get a company local or otherwise that does that?

What attracted me initially to Irada arts was their ethos. They are primarily interested in maintaining and preserving the Art, that is Arabic calligraphy. Yes, of course as a by-product if you can produce a business out of it, then why not?

I could have bought art from other places, but I wanted to give Irada Arts my money. Very nice, kind costumer service very good also!

You can see I like them very much as a result of this essay I am writing! Lol . ( sorry)

Very happy with my order from Irada Arts - beautiful products . I was tempted to give them 4 stars only though because there was an error in my order and they sent me a wrong piece but when I let them know about it they sent the correct piece .

It was Beautiful! En great pakkage! Living in the Netherlands you need some patience because the delivery takes time. But its certainly worth it.
It was a present for dear friends and they really loved it!

The decal was difficult to put on. Aytul Kursi —- so many individual letters —- the glue on the clear plastic was stronger than the glue behind letters —— too too difficult

It won’t stick on the wall. We threw it away.

The three car hangs were fantastic and the delivery was very fast. Thank you once again for a great service.

I ordered wall decal over a month ago. The shipment came fairly quick, however, I received a wrong shipment. I requested an exchange and I contacted representatives on more then one occasion. I haven’t received an exchange or a refund. No one has followed up or helped. I really wanted to like this company and I was so excited to have beautiful reminders on my wall but the service has been unreliable and I have been dealt with as an under valued customer with no assistance.

I bought the metallic Kun-Fayakun frame from Irada. The final product turned out to be quite elegant. The price could be a little lower but overall, I am satisfied with the product. The product was shipped a little later than the original date so they sent a few stickers and a small poster as a token of appreciation. That was quite thoughtful of them. Their customer service was quite responsive as well.

Irada Arts were brilliant with their customer service. Totally recommend them. I was very impressed by their service right from the beginning. They were very accommodating and responsive to customers needs/queries. Easy to contact on whatsapp. The canvas artwork I ordered was true to picture and was shipped within a few days despite covid. Very happy! Alhamdulillah.
