I was hesitant due to other reviews, but said screw it and ordered a pair of fleece tights. The tracking was sketchy, as I could never really see where my package was; however, it did arrive, and fairly quickly. The tights themselves seem to be top quality with a comfortable waistband and plenty of length. I've had a few pairs from different brands, and they're always too tight, too short, too diapery. I love these and I'll probably order more.

My order took awhile to arrive but I had help every step of the way. They are so perfect. Great color, fit, SO COZY.

I purchased two pairs in the translucent color and one in tan. The XS/S fits perfectly, so they are definitely true to size. My package was slightly delayed, so I reached out to Irazia’s customer service, and they responded much faster than I expected. Tiffany M., the representative who assisted me, was wonderful. She even followed up after my order arrived to make sure everything was perfect. Her kindness and attentiveness genuinely made me want to purchase from Irazia again.

I love these so much that I’m already planning to order another pair to send to my friend in Ohio—I know they will appreciate the warmth without sacrificing style or comfort. These tights are exactly as described and such a great addition to my wardrobe. And ladies… my husband really likes them too and has given me so many compliments on how great they (and I!) look. :)

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and when I reached out to company they responded immediately. Tiffany M. was very helpful and able to fix my order before shipping. So far I have had a great experience with this company!

I ordered a few pairs of the tights and there was a snag with the shipping company. I contacted the company and heard back immediately. They figured out the issue with the shipping company and had my leggings to me with just a few day delay. Their communication was top notch but that's not even the very best part. The leggings are AMAZING!! I will be buying more for sure. The quality and feel are just outstanding. They fit perfectly. I just can't say enough great things about this company!

They were able to adjust my order immediately after I ordered the wrong size and color. Definitely great professionalism and conumer satisfaction.

I was skeptical at first because I read a lot of things calling this store a scam. It did take a while to receive, but it did show up. I bought one of each color. They fit well and feel nice. The only complaint I have is the lightest color is a little bit bigger than the other two, but not enough to make too much of a difference as they still fit, just not as tight. I would buy from them again.

I love the color match of the tights as a Black woman and the waist band. Its warm and comfortable, can't wait to use during the colder fall and winter months.

I’m extremely impressed with both the product and customer service. The quality is excellent and you can tell it’s well made. It feels comfortable and soft making it a pleasure to wear. The customer service was also friendly, responsive and professional throughout my experience. Overall a fantastic product backed by exceptional service. I would definitely recommend this product.

I ordered 2 pair of tights on Sept 2 and have not received them. Sept 21 I was told there was an issue with delivery that the tights were in a nearby warehouse (30 miles away) I assured them by email they in fact had the right address. I followed the tracking and a couple days later they were 3 states away! I emailed them the afternoon of the 26th and they assured they were on their way. Yesterday I emailed asking for an update and they told me they were delivered the morning of the 26th (the same day I emailed in the afternoon and they told me they were on the way) I have a ring camera and assured them I looked at the footage and they indeed had not been delivered. They told me to check with my neighbors...first of all, no one in Florida wants LINED TIGHTS (I bought them for a trip to NYC) 2nd, it is not my responsibility to ensure the product is delivered to me when I have provided the appropriate information. Lesson learned. I disputed the charge to my CC and was refunded instantly. No questions. I really was looking forward to getting these...

Love the leggings, giving me all the hugs in all the right places. I dont like my legs so I love i can now wear my skirts in winter and fall and stay warm. Also accidentally ordered the wrong size and Irazia got right on it and fixed it before it shipped out. Even checked on me making sure I like the color and fit. Pretty awesome customer service if I say so!

The website is a little scetchy looking. The tracking site was also unfamiliar to me and a little laggy updating. I DID feel ready to be scammed. BUT! BUT BUT BUT! The leggings I bought were EXACTLY what was advertised. The fit was almost exactly what the size chart said. I'm REALLY impressed with the leggings. AND customer service was really attentive, by an actual person.

Order took almost a full month to arrive. Then when it did it was the wrong color. They claimed the color was correct if you put them on, WRONG. I ordered a light color, Vanilla, and black is what arrived. Tried them on, they still look like a thin black. Not worth returning since I would have to pay for shipping and a 20% restocking fee for their error. Would not trust this company.

I ordered a pair of vanilla (light) and latte (tan) leggings from this company. They arrived 2.5 weeks later. While the inside fleece part is great and would be warm enough for winter, the sizing was off and so was the color. Both pairs were much darker than shown on the website and the ads. They looked weird and unnatural - like an odd combination of dark opaque and slightly sheer. Very disappointing.

I'm currently in contact with customer service and, like other reviewers have noted, customer service is doing nothing. They insist I received the right colors and they are trying to get me to exchange for a different color and size. I was asking for a refund. The size can be fixed, but the color cannot since I already ordered the 2 lightest colors and those were way too dark.

My advice is don't order from this company unless you're okay with the colors being much darker than advertised, and also be sure to size up one from where you fit on the size chart, because that's not accurate either. Also note that several other reviewers never received the product, so there's that too.

Update: Irazia responded to my review and encouraged me to email their customer service to look into the issue. I already had a lengthy email chain with the support email they provided, to no avail. Returning the leggings was going to mean a 20% restocking fee AND I would be responsible for return shipping. I tried multiple times to get them to waive these requirements because this wasn't a situation where I changed my mind about wanting the product. The product was not as advertised and I sent photos of me wearing them compared to the website photos. They would not budge. The other option was keep the leggings and only get a 20% refund. I chose the 20% refund option with the hope that I can sell them to someone else who can fit in that size and likes the color.

All this to say, just know that if you buy from this company and there's an issue, you're not going to get a satisfactory response from customer service.

This company has one of the best customer service responses and went above and beyond what I would've expected when I had a very small problem with a product! They more than generously compensated! I WILL purchase from them again! Great company!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and I LOOOVE the tights!!!

It was a pleasure dealing with Irazia. The order arrived quickly,however, ..i had an issue with my order,my fault....and their customer service were very quick to respond and take care of everything in a timely manner. So nice to see a company listening to the customers and truly care. The tights at great fabric and really warm....can't wait for the colder weather. SUCKS. I ordered a christmas gift from them, three pair of tights, the package arrived opened with NOTHING in it. Terrible customer service. Bascially sorry for your loss and Im screwed out of all my money with no gift. Will NEVER do business with this company. Beware

I ordered the fleece lined tights and love them. I love the feel. Just snug enough without being uncomfortable. They are perfect for a cool evening out and don't roll down. The wide waist band holds you in very nicely without to much squeeze. They are very well made.

I ordered the sheer looking leggings. They are so soft! They took a while to get here and thought they got lost or something. I reached out through email and got a personal response in less than 24 hours and they even followed up once they saw they were delivered. I was thrilled with the customer service and was not expecting them to follow up or send a personalized email! I spoke with Tiffany M. Thank you again Tiffany for helping me.
