Early days so far in the claim, but totally satisfied so far. It's a horrible call to have to make; felt stupid, embarrassed, and didn't really know what to expect. They were immediately reassuring, friendly, professional, and explained in detail how the process would work. So far, everything has proceeded as advised, and I genuinely feel the weight has been lifted from my shoulders in having to deal with this situation.

This was my first contact with the company and unfortunately I had to give details of a fault claim. At no time was anyone judgemental. The conversation was very supportive and professional. No real damage to my vehicle, only the 3rd party will be claiming so hopefully my involvement will be minimal and stress free.
