High fees. Whoever I used before this service there was 0 fees.

As to the "condescending" reply from Irish Tax Rebates. Do you think you are the only ones who know how to claim a refund? If your job is to maximise the amount clients can get; why did you claim for the overpayment ONLY as soon as I authorised you to claim on my behalf? You did not consult with me on anything else I could claim for. I authorised you to claim on my behalf in 2024. I didn't know you had not checked the previous years until I received a message from revenue.ie asking for 2021, 2022 and 2023 outstanding years to be completed. I then completed these myself, but I was not sure if they were correct so I had emailed you to check these years, but, as I mentioned above, you steamed ahead within 2 days without consulting me at all. I have taken you off my revenue.ie and would never go through you again!

Similar to others here. This lot are charging me €25 for a refund I was always going to get. My advice is to not sign up/cancel them on Revenue.ie and go elsewhere. On the plus side I have decided to take a course for a better understanding of paye tax etc, so I am not at the mercy of the likes of these.

Every interaction with this company, is professional, friendly and they actually care about the client. I have used this company for 2 years now and will continue to do so as they have secured rebates on my tax I could never have - THANK YOU 🙏

I was worried and a bit anxious about my situation the lady I spoke with was so polite and explained all. How wonderful a feeling to speak with someone who can understand and have patience. I'm still not clear on it all but I know I can just go back and ask if I need to. 10 out of 10 Irish Tax Rebates.

I applied for PAYE tax credit relief and later discovered that I was not entitled to any refund from Revenue. Instead of informing me of this outcome, the company went ahead and applied for Rent Tax Relief on my behalf without my knowledge or consent. As a homeowner, I have never paid rent and never made such a claim.

Revenue has since informed me that a rent figure of €10,000 was submitted in my name—information I never provided or authorised. As a result, I received €1,998 in rent tax relief that I was not entitled to and am now required to repay this amount to Revenue.

This situation has caused me significant financial stress and anxiety, and it has placed me at risk of legal and tax compliance issues through no fault of my own. The lack of transparency, communication, and proper consent in this process is deeply concerning. I would not recommend this company to anyone, as their actions have resulted in serious financial and personal distress.

Irish Tax Rebates one of the best organisations I ever met. I have been dealing with them for years and would like to continue to be with them. They provide very prompt and strong support toward their customers. I never had any problems with them. What most important about them, they build trust with their customers. One big word. They are professionals.

Superb expertise and service
They went above and beyond in working out what I could get back as a rebate and went back a few years to see if I could recover any rebates from previous years.

I had a very disappointing experience with Irish Tax Rebates.

They charged me a fee based on the total rebate I received, rather than on the specific tax credits or items they actually worked on. This is extremely unfair, as a significant portion of that rebate was for tax credits I claimed myself and would have received regardless of using their service.

Even worse, I was charged fees for tax credits that they did not work on at all. Whether I used their service or not, I would have received that money, yet they still took a percentage of it.

The fee structure lacks transparency and feels misleading. Customers should only be charged for the actual work carried out by the company, not for rebates they had no involvement in.

I would strongly advise others to read the terms very carefully and consider whether the service is worth it, especially if you already handle or understand your own tax credits.

Very simple to use, few clicks and the rest is done for you. Highly recommend using this service as I have used others in the past and they don’t come close to Irish tax rebates. Very easy to deal with in the phone also when I raised a query. I thought I was only getting one amount but in fact they were able to recuperate another amount which makes things level better! Will definitely be using this company again. Thanks very much !
