Amazing products and fantastic customer service.
I ordered a coffee table specifically for a Lego Millennium Falcon model, and the table is amazing, well-designed and beautifully made. The finish is fantastic, and the delivery was arranged incredibly well.
They also provide great customer service, giving regular updates and aftercare.

I was looking for a good method of displaying my Lego Millennium Falcon and there were a lot of very cheap looking options out there. Then I found Ironfire and discovered the could make a really high quality coffee table with concealed lighting. It totally encases the model, preventing dust from building up and is a genuinely high quality piece of furniture made of oak and metal (and glass of course). It’s a beautiful piece of furniture and makes a stunning display piece.

Kiran was amazing to deal with, keeping me informed of the progress and even helping out by delaying delivery following a family emergency and storing the table at their warehouse. Truly an incredible company to deal with and I cannot recommend them highly enough. So glad I found them.

We purchased a large coffee table nearly 4 years ago and it is still one of my favourite pieces of furniture in our house. It was easy to order, with the different options easy to navigate and understand on the website; delivery was prompt and delivered into the location we required it. The table is strong and sturdy, easy to clean (glass top) and is a great size for a family of 4 when looking to have a ‘TV dinner’ or takeaway. Would definitely love to have the space for other pieces.

We recently ordered two coffee tables that were made our requirements and Iron Fire also painted some of our current furniture to match the tables. Andrew and the team were really friendly and kept us updated on their manufacture . When the coffee tables arrived we were really pleased as the quality of the tables was excellent and they match our newly painted wooden furniture perfectly. We are really happy with the new look of our lounge and it is so nice to deal with a company that do what they say they are going to do. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Andrew and Kiran went above and beyond to help us with a bespoke design for a tortoise table.
We wanted a piece of furniture rather than a traditional tortoise table as the one we had was small and unattractive.
They adapted one of their large console tables as it gave enough height for heat and light hanging above.
It is stunning and our tortoise loves it, a 5* service from start to finish, pet friendly, and we are very proud of our Tortoiserie.

I had a mirror custom made and initially I was very pleased when it arrived only after closer inspection noticed that there was a defect on the mirror, I contacted them the following morning to say that there was a defect in the mirror glass, the response I got was not what I expected. I was treated really badly and accused of causing the damage myself,even though when further investigation revealed the fault was behind a structural timber and could only have been caused during manufacture.
They said if I was to purchase the glass they would change it for me, I gave them every opportunity to put this right but they were adamant they were not responsible as it had been sighed for.
Make sure you check your delivery extensively as this company will not admit any liability for anything including any manufacturing defects

A custom experience from start to finish, with great communication, attention to detail and a real desire to make the buying experience a positive one. The table is beautiful, sturdy, quality finished and just what we wanted. A challenging shipment to the Isle of Skye went without a hitch. Thank you guys, 100% recommended.

Absolutely love our subscription to Iron & Fire. We choose the roaster’s choice meaning we get a new flavour to try every 2 weeks - and have yet to be disappointed! Every coffee we have made using their beans has been amazing, our guests say they prefer our coffee at home over Costa & Starbucks! Will never change. Glad to be supporting a local business too.

My latest delivery just arrived. So happy that they have now moved to cardboard packaging. Their coffee bags have been compostable since I started ordering …. That’s just the green credentials- green credentials won’t stay the course without product quality. I was ordering from all independent small roasters but I stopped here. I only drink one cup a day but that cup is ceremonious & the beans are everything. This is where I get what I want. Cheers iron & fire keep roasting

Had great experience recently - it was closing time but the boss let me in and was really helpful - had a great chat too about coffee sacks and the provenance of decaf!

We are so pleased with our coffee table and 2 side tables. They are beautiful quality pieces that will last. The ironfire team were so helpful and delivered the tables themselves to ensure they were received in perfect condition. I will definitely order again, next time we need a table!

I've had the table for a while now and as well as looking good it is absolutely solid! It was delivered personally all the way up to the central belt of Scotland where he put it together for me himself. It did take a wee while to get here but I think that was down to issues with the pandemic so 5 stars from me!

From our first contact, everyone at Ironfire could not have been more helpful and pleasant to deal with. Our furniture was delivered ahead of schedule and we are absolutely delighted with it. We thoroughly recommend them and we will be ordering more from them in the future.

Overall a very smooth ordering process and fantastic customer experience with IronFire. Delivery was ahead of schedule which was perfect for me and far less than the 3months typically quoted by high street shops. A very high recommendation from me.

Such a great experience throughout: amazing personal customer service from Kiran and Michelle, sending samples of the wood and fabric to help us choose from what could otherwise be a daunting range; down to the owner, Andrew, personally delivering and very carefully setting up our garden dining table, chairs, bench and coffee table.

The whole process couldn’t have been better and we received bespoke, beautiful, exceptional quality, UK made, repairable (and therefore can last a lifetime) furniture that we received far quicker (especially this year) than if we’d bought a more generic product that was shipped from overseas.

We love our new furniture, the only downside so far being the sun only coming out once or twice since arriving - although we did manage to sneak a meal in between showers!

It has been a pleasure to discover IronFire for an outdoor dining table, two benches, six planters and a mirror. The service from start to finish has been utterly personal and careful. They deliver it themselves to ensure the furniture is put together in perfect order, so I chatted to the boss today when he brought it all to Suffolk. Their industrial style products are the perfect blend of smart and showing the materials, the love of which is evident in their work. Their promise of ongoing input in the event of problems or just wanting to change something is so reassuring and marks their determination that their products last a lifetime. Thoroughly recommended!
