Terminé el bootcamp con IronHack. La experiencia en clase fue buena, aprendí mucho y el ambiente con mis compañeros fue genial. Pero una vez acabado, la realidad fue otra: no tuve ni una sola entrevista y el apoyo para encontrar trabajo no cumplió con las expectativas que me habían transmitido.

No me arrepiento de haber aprendido, pero para lo que cuesta, esperaba algo más allá de las clases. Hoy no considero que valiera la pena la inversión solo por el aprendizaje si luego no hay una salida laboral real.

As far as I'm concern, your experience in this bootcamp depend on the teacher that ill teach you. In my case I couldnt be more gratefull, Kevin was once of the best teachers that I have had. In general my expirience was great, 5 stars

At the begining they give you some self learning material to start on a same base, which, for someone who is coming from other industries, is great because you can tackle the bases at your own rhythm. It might feel overwhelming at the beginning but little by little you learn tools and concepts and languages. After just a few weeks I learned some Python, MySQL, working from terminal, Tableau. You also have a lot of extra material, although you hardly have the time to check it between labs and projects, but the information stays available for you to make the most out of it later on. There are a couple of things that did go way too fast for me, especially the machine learning part. But overall I am satisfied with the experience and would recommend it.

I enjoy DA bootcamp, even though is a fast-paced learning method, you learn a lot, they have good teachers experienced teachers, that makes your learning journey more easy and enjoyable.

I enjoyed this experience because it really catered to those who go in with a lack of coding experience and leave feeling more confident. Although people with a background in coding may have an upper hand, the teaching is still very quality and well-paced for those with little to no prior knowledge about coding.

a lot of practical projects that match my need

I had the privilege of having Kevin Urbanek as my instructor in the Cybersecurity Bootcamp, and I couldn’t have asked for a better teacher. Kevin was always understanding, patient, and genuinely willing to help whenever I needed support. He’s extremely approachable, friendly, and considerate, making the learning environment both engaging and comfortable.

What really stood out to me was his reliability — you can always count on Kevin to be there when you need guidance or clarification. His dedication to his students goes beyond the standard, and it truly made a difference in my learning experience.

I’m genuinely grateful to have had Kevin as my teacher, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to learn in a supportive and professional environment.

I had the luck to have 2 great teachers at my AI Engineering BootCamp at Ironhack, which definitely made such a difference. Between them and amazing, collaborative colleagues, it was such a great experience. And more importantly, it helped me to land my first job in the industry not long after.

On the negative side, a few lectures were incorrect/outdated. We raised it, and it was eventually solved. But once again, what actually shielded us from these little annoyances were the great teachers.

I also quite liked their "Career Hack" module, which offers multiple lessons on how to write a CV, Cover Letter, LinkedIn profile, and actually land a job.

I had a great experience at Ironhack’s Data Analytics Bootcamp. The program was intensive and hands-on, with strong support from instructors and TAs. I especially appreciated the real-world projects and mock interviews that helped me build confidence.

At some point during the course, I noticed that the instructor's behavior became increasingly judgmental and, in my opinion, even slightly discriminatory. It was clear that certain students received favoritism, even when they were not following the rules, while the rest of the class was often overlooked. I expected a more neutral and fair attitude from a teacher.

Unfortunately, during the course, my emails to support weren’t answered properly, but I must say that after the course ended, the support team was much more responsive and helpful.

Also, while this was a full-stack course, I believe the backend and database parts were covered too briefly. There was potential to go deeper into those topics.

It was great to have the intense web development course.

I really appreciated our great teacher and the amazing support we received. The material was very helpful, and the labs were a big plus. Everything was well organized.

I think the program could be even better with more teamwork and some more advanced or complicated topics. But overall, I totally recommend it!

The content of the course is the highest quality and incredibly interesting. The best part of the course by far were the morning lectures with our teacher Carlos Fenollosa. He's nothing short of a machine learning genius, and he is also extremely personable, patient and engaging and able to break down very high level concepts into digestible pieces that almost anyone could understand. The substitute teacher Isabella, was also a really wonderful teacher. The Ironhack AI engineering course really has top of the industry experts teaching the material.

The only downsides of the course are:
1 - that it is extremely intensive. I took a web development bootcamp 6-years ago, and the pace didn't even compare. This is essentially 400 hours of course work in 10 weeks, and the concepts are extremely high level. It really fried my brain and was physically stressful.

2- Additionally, the labs were sometimes written very sloppily and the instructions were difficult to comprehend because they had not been edited by a native english speaker. Constant dependency issues with labs are a given because the tech is being updated so quickly, but I feel that prior to the beginning of every cohort, an Ironhack expert should go through each lab and update outdated dependencies. Otherwise students can spend hours debugging a issues that aren't the learning points.

Overall, it was an incredibly enriching experience, and I am very glad I did it. I feel very confident about my abilities as an AI engineer. Though this is a new program, and they are finding their way, you will absolutely be taught what you need for the industry.

I have finally completed the Bootcamp! It was a wonderful experience. I learned a lot of new things and also founded new friends to connect with. Max (our professor during the part time bootcamp) is a wonderful person, always putting his best for all the classes and putting effort so no is left behind. He is someone really passionate about the design and how to keep evolving. Outstanding quality of teaching. If anyone is thinking of taking this bootcamp on the part-time, be at peace that he is gonna show you and take you through this exciting journey.

AI-Engineering gets your money's worth
Followed the full-time AI engineering course from May until July. The main differentiator is definitely the teacher: Carlos Fennollosa. Carlos is able to break down incredibly complex and abstract concepts so that you can understand it. While also keeping some much needed humour, great teacher.
The course itself is a good mix of theory in the mornings, and hands on practical experience in the labs in the afternoon. By the end, you will have personally built a bunch of different systems, from classical ML to state of the art AI agents. I walk away from the bootcamp with a strong understanding of these technologies, and the confidence that I am able to build custom AI solutions for my organisation.
My only gripes are:
1 - the quality of some of the labs could be improved; and
2 - career services does not do that much for you aside from giving advice.

Hice el Bootcamp de DevOps & Cloud Computing y la verdad no puedo estar más contento con el resultado, ahora se programar y automatizar procesos cosa que antes veía imposible ya que no tenía nada de conocimientos previos!

The course was expertly built, it is amazing how many skills we were able to develop in just 9 weeks. Teachers and staff were always helpful and the projects were relevant.
